Fisher-Price DoodlePro Slim, Aqua

This doodle pro is exactly what I was looking for! With three kids, we've been through a few of these, and we've had some of the fancier ones that have the removable shape magnets, which are so cool, but so easily lost. I really wanted a simple doodle tablet that was small enough for travel but large enough to actually draw something. I wanted something that worked and didn't have any extra pieces to lose - and this was IT!My three kids were introduced to this exact model at a restaurant while we waited for our food (genius!) and were totally engaged. Low tech and lovely. I came home to order one for a roadtrip, and my only mistake was just buying one. My 7, 5, and 2 year old all (begrudgingly) took turns with it, but truly, three would have been smarter. The slider is easy enough for my two year old to clear the screen (sometimes they're hard to move, so I really appreciate not having to clear it for her!). Excellent purchase, and I would buy again, if only to have one for everyone!

This toy is pretty cool. I wanted my 1 year old son to have a way to practice writing without using anything that could ravage our walls or anything else we don’t want crayoned. So this is a great option. I would like it better if the pen had a little more give. It’s attached by a very short cord. But I’m happy it is attached or it would’ve gotten lost pretty quickly. The erase mechanism erases 90%. So you’ll still see some of the previous drawings faintly. My son actually carries it around by it’s handle like it’s a little briefcase. So I guess that was a good touch.

I bought this for my son when we started traveling and a second when our daughter arrived. We’ve had them for about 4 years and use them strictly for car/airplane travel so we don’t have to worry about marker or crayon messes. We like their compact size, durability, and ease of use. Only con is some residual magnetic color remains if leave a drawing on too long but it’s hardly noticeable to us. Overall a great product for traveling little ones.

We have had this toy for 2 months now and my kids love it. It is the perfect size for toddlers/preschoolers and i love that the pen is attached so we never have to look for it. There is also a spot in the back to tuck the pen away so it is not always hanging off of the toy. The only reason I did not give this toy 5 stars is because, like many of the other reviews noted, it does not completely erase in certain areas no matter what you do, and over time there are actually little permanent spots that can't even be partially erased. They are not huge nor is this really a big problem (my kids don't seem to mind), but it is something to keep in mind.

This is such a great gift for a birthday or Christmas. My son received it for his birthday and he plays with it constantly. While he still loves coloring this is absolutely perfect for him to play with in situations where crayons just make a mess. For instance we love using this on long road trips. It keeps him endlessly entertained and we can get to where we are going with minimal crying. It took him only a few minutes to figure out how to erase your drawing and have more fun. I can't believe it took me so long to purchase one. I had heard friends talk about them before but I figured it would just be another toy that he showed interest in for a few days and then switched to the next thing. He loves it and I am loving that it keeps his attention!

What a genius toy. I purchased this for my 2 year old. We have a 5 + hour trip to visit grandparents and was looking for something to occupy her aside from books and snacks. Worth every penny!After having mild usage from a very active toddler for 2.5 months, it has held up better than expected. She is able to erase with ease and the attached pen is a plus. The particles that make up the board are a bit spotty but for the most part it erases almost completely. I did not purchase with the expectation that it would be a PERFECT toy with ZERO flaws when it came to the magnetic erasing.

updated review: i have since opened it and my twins gotthem for their birthday. it is 6 days later. my 4.5 year old girl decided she needed to play with one and stabbed it with the pen thats provided, that does have a left and right slot to hold the pen when not in use, great function as i think we have a lefty in our midsts!!! So, now we only have one. I am seeing the grey behind like the reviews kept saying. i hesitated because of the reviews but i really thought id try it. the screen size is tiny but good for car and travel. about 5x7 IF that of draw space. it doesnt erase well. the handle is great. love the handle and pen and chunky eraser holder. love that could travel and have something to occupy them. i would not recommend this or buy it again. i would spend more and get something that erases better and doesnt leave the black stuff behind.listen to the reviews.positive note. my twins LOVED them. that is what mattered. but again, push the pen in too far and you put a hole in it. doesnt erease well and leaves the black stuff behind picture. i really tried to like these for the handle and pen holder and size but the main point is the drawing and if that fails...well then you dont have a good toy!! the point is to beable to draw and erase and go again!

I bought this for my almost 3 yr old, primarily for use in the car after we suspect her ipad was giving her motion sickness. It's a great size for confined space like that, and the stylus is an appropriate size for smaller magnet lines. You can still draw a pretty detailed picture. My daughter has been using this (and dropping this) a lot since we got it and we haven't had any trouble with the screen graying out, the filings seem to stay where they are supposed to be well (Maybe it's showing my age that I remember this being the main problem I had as a kid)

Este pizarrón se lo compré a mi hijo de 22 meses y le encanta, aprendió rápido a usarlo y le gusta trazar cosas en él, borrarlas y llevarlo arrastrando por su cuarto. Es cierto que se queda "manchado" el fondo, pero realmente no importa pues prefiero que haga trazos en este juguete y no en el piso o la pared... Lo recomiendo mucho, también para los papás es un artículo divertido y el precio está buenísimo.

Habe das Fisherpric DoodlePro Slim (was ich aus meiner Kindheit nur als Magic Board kannte) zu Weihnachten meiner Nichte geschenkt, die 15 Monate alt ist, da sie zuvor immer mit ihrer Flasche und dem Getränk was raus kam auf den Decken gemalt hat. Die Altersempfehlung liegt zwar bei 3 Jahren aber ja auch kleine Kinder können damit Spaß haben. Top Produkt

The drawing area was larger than I expected. Baby enjoys guessing our doodles (i.e., letters, pictures of objects) and erasing them. However, the quality isn't the greatest; it doesn't erase well and the drawings look pixelated up close. Nonetheless, it was definitely worth the $5.00 I paid. :)

A very useful toy... Specially for kids who loved to scribble and draw.... I gave this to my son on our Mumbai-london flight and he was happily doodling away most of the time.... A lifesaver for moms during travel
