Well worth the money.

This wedge is a BEAST! It made short work of some of the toughest, driest, old growth oak that even my 28 ton log splitter couldn't handle. I have several other wedges that work ok, but this is my new go to for the toughest of tasks.

This is heavy but solid and won't split apart as other splitting wedges have done! This is worth every penny I spent for it and should last a lifetime!

I was using this on some western red cedar rounds from a tree that was cut down over a year ago. The twist shape makes the wedge too narrow to split effectively. My old 8lbs wedge was needed to save this one. You can see from the pics that it has to be hammer really far in before the wood starts cracking. Also experienced the bouncing effect others mentioned. I would not recommend or buy again

Originally got the wrong item but company service department did an excellent job of exchanging for right product. Ordered item shortly arrive there after. Great 6 lb spinning wedge for splitting hard wood. Highly recommend.
