Car Windshield Suction Cup Mount for COBB Tuning AccessPORT V3

Absolutely perfect mounting system for the Cobb Accessport V3. I didn't even bother using the mount they included, based on reviews of this system, and reviews of how poorly the included mount, from Cobb, performs (which were confirmed when I took a look at the flimsy mount provided in the Cobb kit).This is so adaptable, with all the angles and adjustments available, and I have my AP exactly where I want it. This mounting system literally tilts and spins in almost any direction, so it provides a truly customizable mounting option.Stays stuck like glue, holds the position that you set it in, and the Cobb AP pops easily in and out of the holder frame that Cobb provides, or, you can leave the Cobb unit in the holder frame, and the entire holder frame very easily slips off of this mounting system -- just lift and pull forward and it's off. So, lots of options here.As stunningly amazing as the Cobb AP unit is (which it is!!!), it's too bad they did not provide a better mounting option, but this system has solved that problem, and no Cobb AP owner should be without this incredible solution!LOVE IT.I highly recommend!!!

All in all, I’m happy with this product. It doesn’t bounce around like those crap radar detector mounts do. It’s very sturdy and suction cup... well, it sucks good?! Not sure what else to say about that.I do agree with previous reviews that it will want to sway left to right on it’s own. I don’t have that issue like others might. I have moderately upgraded my 2011 wrx premium and with a stage 2 base tune, but it’s my daily driver. Unless someone cuts me off, then slams on their brakes while giving me the finger, I usually don’t slide corners enough to make my AP flop around.

Overall excellent mount. I've been using this mount since summer 2017 and it has worked flawlessly for the most part. It works with the backing plate/holster that comes with the AP from Cobb. I remove my AP and place it in my glovebox or take it out the car constantly and it has never fallen when removing/re-mounting the AP.

This mount works great in my 2018 WRX STI. Fits perfectly in the lower left corner of the windshield (just where I wanted to put it) to hold my AccessPort. The mount seems to be built very well and the clamps/adjustments hold perfectly. The suction cup holds extremely tight to the windshield, hopefully it will hold in the middle of winter and summer...Overall, it is definitely worth the money if you are looking for a good mount for your AccessPort.

First, packaging was pretty minimal. It came in a clear bag with an isopropyl alcohol swab from cleaning the area. Nothing particularly wrong with it, however there was no paperwork or instructions (though its kind of self-explanatory).The mount is clearly made of quality material, and fits the Cobb case as expected. I've had it up for a couple of days now, with some spirited driving, no issues to speak of. The locking screws hold just fine.Not much else to say or need!

Easy to use and great quality

I bought this because I really don't like sticking stuff anywhere on my dashboard and the price was right. Works really nicely - holds the Accessport snugly, but yet is easy to remove. Very well made with strong suction cup mount. It angles nicely so I can see the screen but it does not block an air vent. Very happy!

This will not stay attached to the windshield no matter what you do, I have had several mounts similar to this and this one is by far the worst one to stay attached. Cleaned the windshield, cleaned the rubber mounting surface, still would not stay attached.
