I love sage in my cooking & use alto. Of course, rubbed sage is best for flavor. This sack arrived & I made a big pot of Turkey Noodle Soup with homemade egg noodles. This rubbed Sage made as absolutely delicious a pot of soup as I've ever made! If you use a lot of a particular spice like I do with this rubbed sage & the Cinnamon I bought these are excellent, fresh spices and save you a bundle on cost. Very helpful!
