I am amazed that this vitamin really works. I have low platelets and have always bruised easily, but since starting a ketogenic lifestyle (limiting fruits and veggies) the bruising has been ridiculous. At any given time I’d have at least 10 bruises all over my body from minimal things like bumping into my padded couch corner. I’ve been taking this daily for 3 weeks and haven’t developed a new bruise since (but I’m still a klutz) and I feel like my prior bruised healed faster. Definitely recommend.

The skin on my forearms and below the knee on both legs is as fragile as tissue paper and bruises horribly at the slightest pressure (I'm afraid people think my husband beats me). I've been taking these "bruise pills" for 3 weeks and the difference is unbelievable. I wholeheartedly recommend this product!

Used for skin bruising because of aspirin I take. Does not seem to be working very well.

I have been taking the supplement for 45 days now and it definitely works. I am not on blood thinners so it was so distressing to get these seemingly spontaneous red dots and blotches on my arms. I do have to be careful not to let anything hit my arms. I also don't take really hot showers anymore. Don't know if that's a factor, but hot water might dilate the skin capillaries and make them more likely to leak under the skin. I also use Zax's bruise cream.

These vitamins did not help me with bruising

I have only been using this supplement a short time but I do feel I have less bruising and faster healing. I will continue to use the product. a nice bonus is that only 1 ad not 2-4 pills are needed so it is much more cost effective
