Kids Velvet Cloak Cape With Hooded For Halloween Christmas Cosplay Costumes

Long enough to cover my 4’8” son and “full” enough to cover him all around. The velvet is super soft and the hood gives great coverage too! He wore it with an LED mask for Halloween and was super happy with how the cape looked

Price is right. Color is as described in the picture and the medium fits perfectly for my 8 year old (some room for growth).This will not keep her very warm, because it's not very thick at all. I would pay more for thicker material, because the quality of the cape is REALLY good. Nice stitching. Would recommend for Halloween, cosplay, or general dress up

The quality and material was good. From the description, we were expecting a full length cape and it didn't come close. My daughter is 5'2" and it came just below her knees.

I bought this for my daughter to wear as part of her Sarah Sanderson from Hocus Pocus costume. I’m happy with the quality, especially for the price. It looks great. The medium fits well for an average size 5 year old.

This was not expensive, and seems well made. Will be great for Halloween.

I bought a small for my one year old who will be a hobbit on Halloween and it fits him just about right (and yes he still has 7 months of growing to do before then, but I'm sure it will fit then too). It is a bit long for him now and wide in the shoulders, but I'm sure it will fit better by Halloween. The quality is good for the price. I am pleased with this purchase.

We use this for dress up play. It's a thin velvet-like material. It feels like a low pile velvet but it's a little stretchy. I think it may have some spandex in it. It says on the tag it's 100 percent polyester, made in China. It's good it's thin though because when the kids are running around playing they can still get kinda warm.We got a purple cloak and you can't see the clothes through the cloak. If you hold the cloak up to the light you can vaguely see through it. It has no lining. It has a ribbon for the tie at the neck. The way they attached the ribbon is the best I have ever seen!!! They sew the ribbon into the seam of the hood and the top of the cloak. So the only way the ribbon is going to come off is if the ribbon itself breaks.There are no seams around the outside edges of the cloak, they've only been serged. (If you are not familiar with that term, just look on the inside of any garment, on the seam you'll see that there is sewing around the top edges of the seams. This is done so the material doesn't fray.

The picture on this cloak looks like you are going to be swishing around in a floor length cloak. It says its for 8 - 14 years. My recipient, a small female relative, is 13. She's short enough to get short jokes - e.g. if she's crossing the road might be asked if she wants hand up the kerb sort of short. Really at the shorter end of the 13 age range. It is nowhere near the floor on her, sort of hip length. If she was normal size for her age it would be really, really short. It's also a bit ungenerous around the shoulders. Should've checked the measurements! If you're bothered about floor swishing, check them.The material is not very thick, though you can tell if you look closely at the photos so fair enough. If you're planning on going out in it this Halloween, get a good strong vest too. And you'll have a broomstick to zip home on already, I expect.It does look good though, especially if you are shorter. And the recipient is quite pleased with it.
