This was a great gift for my adult brother who was familiar with the show and loves to BBQ and make up stuff in the kitchen. He and his wife laughed and tried several recipes in this unique cookbook.Thanks!

I "Ninja Foodi" the Oxtails you guys!! I highly recommend that you try the recipe from this book and...wa-la-de-da..."I'm a chef" (only in my house). Haven't tried other recipes as of yet but will do eventually. I'm not the best cook by all means but I ended up with greatest flavorful oxtail. They were tender, succulent "falling off the bone" cooked within an hour's time (yep-thanks to the Ninja)...I served them with dirty rice, collards, squash/zucchini/onions and jerk chicken etc.. just as a back up for oxtails (in case they wasn't going to turn out). With this recipe from this book the oxtails showed out! I ordered the book it came the next day which was awesome because I was able to complete the "meals" for expected family turn up on time to treat for something different. I only gave 4 stars because I haven't had the time to try other recipes as yet but, if they turn out as good as the oxtails did then the stars can change!

Seriously fantastic recipes and the stories are great! If you want to have a good time reading a cookbook, if you want great recipes while you are highly entertained, buy this book! I love it!Bullet proof string beans and minced pork. Mwah! That’s me kissing the tips of my fingers like a an old time French chef. Shay’s six cheese lasagna, and OMG Parole board bacon burger. Did I say buy this book? Buy it, you won’t be sorry.

From Tracy Morgans Intro to the recipe instructions to Getting Involved section. Every word and picture a feast for you eyes mind and stomach. Ideas in cooking I’ve never imagined but will try! Can wait to try some recipes out on my family this holiday season.

This was a gift for my husband as he likes the show and has started cooking more during quarantine. It’s a very nice looking cookbook and contains so much more than recipes. So far I have only made the ribs & Mullins Luv Sauce. They were absolutely delicious! Great gift that I actually ended up using myself. Looking forward to trying other recipes.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my 16 yo son. Though the idea of prison cookbook doesn’t entirely seem like an appropriate thing to give a teen, he loved it. And I thought it was soo hilarious and brilliant!Now, we haven’t actually tried any of the recipes yet but just based on the comedic factor, I give this book 5 stars.
