Love dessicated coconut, it's not sweet, yet has the great texture for baking without bulking up the product, nor does it leave little pieces sticking out as shredded coconut does. I have been using it for several years to make my English tea biscuits. I was running out and just happened to search it, once again, on Amazon (it's not easily found), and there is was! Each bag lasts for a long time (I re-bag it into sealing baggies for storage), and I get several bags at a time.

I used the desiccated coconut as as an ingredient in a filling for chocolates. It was perfect!

Very soft n not chunky in the dish

Finally able to make coconut macaroons. This one is in an easy to seal bag, and I was also able to use it for making pancakes. Tastes great!

It’s just fine, got mine with best by date in it, but i think the price could have been much lower.

I purchased this coconut to use in the German Chocolate filling for a bundt cake. The coconut was perfect for this purpose, and I have some left over that I will use for macaroons.

The coconut was fresh and had great rich flavor.
