Provides Decent Protection for Outdoor Connections
I've used the product to cover multiple outdoor decoration cord connections. 3 weeks in use that saw some rain storms and did not have any shorts. A little hard to close and the openings were the cord goes through could have a better gasket. Overall, I approve and would buy again.

Works perfectly for my outdoor extension cord
This product worked perfectly for me. I have to use an extension cord to my chicken coop in the winter for my chicken waterer. This worked perfectly to protect the end of the extension cord that attached to the end of the chicken waterer. We had quite a bit of snow this year and lots of rain, and not once did my GFI click off due to moisture. Would definitely by again

Less than satisfied
I hung my Christmas lights last week and used two of these to cover the plugs. One was flat to the ground and one was at a slight angle. Over the weekend, we received some rain and I noticed last night that my lights weren't on. Rain had seeped into the little space on the ends that wasn't filled with chord and fried the circuits. The covering over the undamaged string (the one lying flat to the ground) had water in it, as well, just not enough to fry the lights. This was a Midwest steady rain and drizzle, nothing to write home about. I can't imagine how they would hold up buried in snow. I had to buy fresh lights and start completely over, costing me more than if I had gone with my gut and used plastic and electrical tape to wrap my plugs. I do NOT recommend using these outdoors if you live in rainy or snowy climates. Tape up the ends if you buy them to protect against the elements.

Still gets water inside
These cord covers are nice in theory, the ones up off the ground stayed dry, the ones on the ground has some water in them. After only 1 rainy day and morning dew. Still not a bad price
