I have a female pug, 18 lbs. She does daycare 3x a week and is a very healthy size. Her neck is smaller than the typical pug rolls and she's a little bulky in the chest but not much. Still, she fits harnesses in her own unique way... I wanted something lighter and more breathable than her previous harness. This still has some bulk in the neck straps due to Velcro in them. I missed that but, there's Velcro in addition to the neck sizing clips. Overall, it's light and survives her finding new friends to haul me along to meet.

I ordered a large for my 4 month old golden puppy (around 28-30 lbs). She should be able to grow into it nicely. It’s a little big on the tightest settings but she is growing quickly. I love that it is adjustable, Velcro and buckles, has two rings to hook the leash, and is durable. She doesn’t like to put it on but once it’s on she’s totally fine. It seems comfortable. Totally worth the price!

Perfect easy to get on and off.Adds protection too.

I liked it, but needed something stronger, my golden doodle has s longer torso and it was uncomfortable for him.

I'm new to pet harnesses and I don't have anything to compare it to, so FWIW:I tried it indoors with 2 cats to see if they would tolerate it for @30 minutes each, and it went well.The cat I took outside with it first was loving all the outdoor smells. But after about 10 minutes of sitting on me, he got down to explore, and the attached leash freaked him out.The harness may not have been tight enough, but man did he get out of it super quick once he backed up. (I had it so I could squeeze a small finger between him and the harness at his neck and torso.)TEST INSIDE. It sounds mean, but I'd provoke your pet to struggle to get out of it indoors, so you have some idea what to expect when they get spooked outside. Definitely test the leash with it inside, too.I AM SO LUCKY my cat came back after I was this careless.(Because he was super freaked when this happened, I didn't frighten/'chase' him further from his yard. I left the garage completely open so he could come in and find a familiar hiding space on his own.)I'll probably use this – tighter – as a secondary restraint inside a zipped/enclosed cat stroller for my other cat, who's more calm. I might also look for a different, cat-specific harness, but TBH this incident may've put me off the leash idea altogether.

I am glad to have found this harness for Douglas the dachshund. He is a small standard and many harnesses were too small or too large. One dimension would suit but not the other… despite published dimensions. This one may be adjusted around the chest and the neck and clipped on while he stands or sits. No pulling passed those ears!

Got this harness so I could attach my dogs leash to it , instead of on his collar. Have had this for awhile, fits him well, and my fur baby doesn’t mind it at all.

Item is made well and fits great. Finally, a comfortable yet sturdy harness for my little dog. I will be ordering another for one of my other dogs!

These are so nice and comfortable fit on my miniature dachshund, I always have trouble getting harnesses to fit correctly because of their deep chests long bodies and short legs. But I am very happy with the fit of this harness, it's nice and soft with no areas chafing under my dogs chest . I wish I had brought these years ago , I find these harnesses to fit my dachshunds body shape far better than the K9 Julius harness and my little ones are far more comfortable in them as lighter in weight and softer. Very happy. Also on this harness the neck adjustment was really good as my now 14 year old dachshund is a bit thinner round the neck a very useful feature as you dont have to pull the harness over the head .

Order harness. It was faulty. Sent it back. Waited for refund but didn't come. Contacted seller for refund. Seller (Chris) said there was nothing wrong with product and said there was no outer bag so he would charge me for return postage and for plastic bag. And he did! The laric bag was cheap, nasty and logo free. Worst amazon experience to date. When I said I would review him accordingly, he said if I mentioned it in a review he would do me for slander. I have the messages!!!

These are the best harnesses for Pugs that don't like having a regular harness pulled over their head. Wide enough in the chest and body that it suits stockier dogs, and the adjustable side/neck straps means its good for growing dogs as well. Our Pug had one of these as a puppy, in the medium size, and it lasted him from 6 months up to 4 years - we've only replaced it now as it was getting old and the dog has got a little round.

I bought this as I like the idea of the neck being adjustable, its the same excellent quality you'd expect from Puppia. It has two leash rings, one in the normal place you'd expect which is the perfect location for underneath coats/jumpers etc and one further down the back. I bought this for my Jack Chi, who currently wears an XS soft harness, this only comes in a small, that I can see, so its too big for her right now but I anticipate that this will be her "forever size" as her chest measurement will slightly outgrow the XS. I knew this would be too big at the moment but like to have thing to hand and ready to go when needed, the small is still small so I suggest checking the measurements o the Puppia Website, as a lot of smaller breeds may still need the next size up. I can't wait to use this for her as it really gives great adjustability around the neck

I bought this for my pug as I thought it would be useful for her shape. However the amount of double Velcro generated by the adjustments made it a very thick, hot harness. She was so distressed I bought a different type that day and gave the Puppia to an animal charity.It would probably be fine for a standard shape dog.
