Great Portable Drive with Security Features
These are excellent drives. The padlock security is critical to protect the info that you need to store, especially if you are storing anything sensitive.

Works as advertised!
Great performance for an encrypted drive. I get about 180MB/s transfer rate. The form factor is great too. Much smaller than I expected.

Caused computer to lock up
I ordered this in November 2024. It worked great until this week - February 15, 2025 - (of course shortly after the return window closed!). It now locks my computer every time I plug it into the USB port. The drive appears to be mapping to the OS but it never gets there. When I ask File Explorer (Windows 10) to look at the drive, no files are shown and the computer continually searches for the drive. It is like it recognizes the drive is there but cannot show the files. Anyway, as it is now it is totally useless to me. Strongly recommend against this!

Great hard drive for secure business data. This particular model use SSD from SanDisk SD7SF6S256G1122. It runs a fair bit warm for those who are particular about heat. Pro: Great portable size Easy to configure/setup Solid chassis enclosure Con: Runs warm at average 42°C. Room temperature is 24°C

Super easy to set up and use
Super easy to set up and use. It was smaller than I thought it would be. In fact maybe too small, smaller than a cell phone., it's quite portable and could easily get lost or taken. Used in on Mac and PC didn't need to format. Fast. Solid state.

Perfect item, very sturdy build and flawless operation. I have been using this extensively for storage of sensitive files. The keypad needs a bit hard press which is useful to avoid accidental presses while transport. I strongly recommend this device for your secure electronic documents.

I received the product but was disappointed to learn that the product had a hard failure.

I am kind of deceived from an upload speed perpective. YES... It does have upload speed of 250Meg... but only sustain that speed for 14 Sec flat... then... it drops at zero for 42 Sec... Tried to upload about 200Gig of ISO's today from a very powerfull and state of the art workstation... and it took about an hour due to the 14/42sec gap.. Download is much better... but still...
