Great book to read for insights on risk management

Risk management can be a tad dry but this book made it interesting. The case studies were entertaining and reinforced the processes.

Required book for Project Management college class. Has good information on project risk management.

This is a simply presented and straightforward guide to project risk management that covers all of the bases. It has some clear examples, that suffer from being a little basic, but will give a good introduction to anyone tackling risk management for the first time and looking to ensure that they know the basics and can implement them well. It's strongest feature is its recognition of the role of interpersonal skills in managing project risk, which is what for me lifted it from 3 to 4 stars.

As a Project Management student I loved this book. It had all I needed at the time. Basics but a little bit expanded.
