Their are many "how to books" out in the market today. For me as a user and trying to explain to my wife (the key holder),This was by far the most useful. Short, to the point, and not unrealistically over the top. Well written, easily understood,logical -- with out trying to be a shrink.A very good "HOW TO BOOK"Thank You

obviously a money grab
This book has no content, no rhyme or reason, and no instructions. It’s just words with no value.I didn’t learn a thing about chastity, and when I read things like “It is your obligation to set up your partner’s fantasies” (page 142 Ebook) or “It is somehow a huge turn on for men to be tied up, caged and locked, spanked and made to do things.” (pages 76 and 81 ebook) it becomes clear that the author doesn’t know either.No concrete instructions, and the definitions are vague and inaccurate at times.Waste of my time and my money.
