Dickinson's Pure Seedless Black Raspberry Preserves, 10-Ounce (Pack of 6)

This is the best black raspberry preserves we’ve found and my husband will be so surprised to open this set on Christmas. The only place I can find it now is Amazon. So glad to be able to order it.

I've lived in Atlanta since 1986 and it is still almost as hard to find black raspberry ANYTHING! In fact, native southerners have never heard of them! Back in Ohio they grew in our neighborhood, so I grew up swiping the berries. I used to beg my grocer to order the jam, and then I had to buy a whole case. So here on Amazon I'm thrilled to not only find black raspberry jam, but also my favorite brand! So delicious. I put it on ice cream, crepes, toast, PB&J. Now I have the pantry stocked up for the year!

I am so disappointed that Dickinson's is no longer making this product. It has been a staple in my household for almost 70 years! It makes the best jelly roll and pb & j sandwiches. I will be so sorry when I use the last of the jars I have on hand. Black Raspberry jam is NOT the same as preserves!!

My favorite flavor for ice cream (or frozen yogurt, etc.) is black raspberry, and it is hard to find where I live. My sister bought me an ice cream maker attachment to my kitchenaid mixer years ago and I never took it out of the box until my local grocery stopped making their black raspberry frozen yogurt and I was craving that flavor. Best eva seedless black raspberry!

I liked just about everything about it... flavor, easy to spread, seedless. It reminded me of the Smuckers preserves our family had eaten for years. My daughters adults and grandchildren (in their twenties) were so excited to have a old taste of their childhood. It did not disappoint. So they now all have their own jars. I now have two. My husband also likes it so I am down to one jar and a trace in the other. It makes the ultimate pb&j, great on toast or English muffins. Only complaint it is a little pricey.

I've been buying this at Food Lion for years then all of a sudden, I couldn't find it anymore...anywhere! Amazon comes through again! The price is very reasonable...the same or maybe even a little less than in the grocery store. Taste is a matter of preferance, but this is the only black-raspberry jam that was sold in my area...blackberry, not the same, raspberry, not the same....mixing the 2, not the same! Love this stuff!
