Alaterre Harmony Twin Bed, White

I am happy with my purchase, the bed arrived 3 days sooner than expected, it was very easy to assemble, it was packaged very well so there was no damage to any of the pieces & it looks great! We have only been using it for a week, but it seems very sturdy & a great inexpensive bed for kids. I knocked off one star because the top trim pieces of the headboard & foot board are screwed on to the frame from the top, so the screw heads are exposed - it's not THAT big of a deal, it is a kids bed & it will most likely get destroyed over the years of use anyway, but It seems like those pieces could have been attached in a different way so the screw heads are not exposed. Oh well - other than that I am very pleased!

Shipped very fast! My husband put it together by himself in an hour. Works perfectly for our toddler. Seems good enough quality for a young child, looks great too! My husband said the only issue he had was that the bolts didn't fit well and he had to muscle them in a bit. Otherwise completely happy with the purchase!UPDATE: We had purchased two beds and waited until our other daughter got a little older before putting her bed together. The bolts absolutely didn't fit and we ended up having to buy some from the local hardware store that were a poor substitute. We let the company know based on the customer service information in the instruction manual. The company shipped us the correct bolts very fast! Less than a week later we already had their package with the correct parts and even a few to help out in case we had other issues. Really didn't expect such a quick return! Very impressed! Would definitely recommend to anyone worried about it :) while we fell into the 1/2 being a good set, the company quickly made up for it and now we have two wonderful beds!

Took me three hours to put together. Some parts were minimally damaged.

The bed itself seems sturdy, but the locks were not threaded correctly. You can see metal strains and bits poking out of the lock. This won't allow the bolts to be threaded correctly. I emailed the company, but they haven't responded. I guess I have to make a trip to Lowes, but really want to avoid it considering the time we are in right now. Hopefully I will get a response soon with the correct parts to finish putting the bed together. Quality control needs to look into it.

Bought 2 for my twin grandsons, who frequently visit ... they’re very sturdy but not so heavy that I can’t move them around to clean under etc

The parts I did receive were nice. The runners never arrived. Waited 10 days to get the bed. Didn’t feel like waiting another ten for a set of runners. So I made my own. This bed is now ready to hold an adult. The four legs are real solid wood, which is nice. If you get all the parts, this would make a real nice bed for a kid. Wouldn’t trust as a bed for an adult.

Awesome bed. Box from Amazon was missing pieces but the manufacturer quickly made up for it. Thank you for a great product!

Bought this bed frame in June for my 7 year old. It came without the side rails to hold the mattress. Contacted the company and they sent them fairly quickly. Decent looking, cheap bed.Fast forward 4 months: the frame broke today when my son got in bed. No, he doesn’t jump on the bed. He sleeps in it and that’s it. If you look at the pictures, it is broken right in the center. The wood in that part is pieced together under paint. Pretty disappointed.
