TTThis review is for the St. Francis version of this line of devotional candles. The unit is well-made, attractively decorated, and has a reasonably realistic flickering effect.A traditional real-wax devotion candle has a glass shell with the decorations glued to the outside. As the candle burns lower over time, soot accumulates and the candle becomes more difficult to light.In contrast, this candle is nearly identical in size (it is ever-so-slightly larger) and the decorations appear to be printed directly on the durable plastic body. The L.E.D. element is near the top, and the light is slightly brighter than a real flame. The color and flickering are okay for realism (does not have the exaggerated electronic look), and quite pleasant.In terms of safety, attractiveness, and value, this compares very favorably to burning a real-flame candle. It looks durable enough to last for many years, paying for itself many times over.

Nice company nice customer service I accidentally ordered two of them when I only wanted one and they gifted it to me me and I was able to give both of them as a present. My friend says the Saint Francis prayer that is in the back everyday so now has the daily spiritual practice. St Francis is his patron saint and it's a great little night-light. I have one of the Lady of Guadalupe that I use and I love it , it flickers on and off like a real candle, it doesn't have any fire the old candles the 24 and 7 that you can light are now dangerous and you can't leave them alone so this is a great alternative I really recommend it and both of them are really nice looking the Saint Francis and the Lady of Guadalupe. I would purchase again.

Beautiful candle! I love the warm glow, and the flickering like gives it the feel of a candle. I absolutely love the delicate beauty of the image of Mary and Jesus! I got one for my daughter and she loves hers as well! I will definitely purchase from here again!

I got the Our Lady of Lourdes candle. It is an amazingly beautiful sight to see her image gentle flickering. Almost unearthly. For an item that is so reasonably priced, I am getting many years of enjoyment from this. If you have a small space in your home for a home altar or even just at your bedside- this will bring a lot of comfort and joy.

I brought this to honor Gabriel Fernandez (a child who died from child abuse) and I light it on his birthday and the day he passed away. Its a beautiful battery power candle.
