I am a senior with white hair; however, after taking this product for about two weeks; the color is now a gorgeous shade of white/grey; not at all like an "old lady". I have received unsolicited compliments on the color, which did not happen previously. I do not see any change in the color, previously having dirty blonde/light natural brown all my life; but the white hair is now gorgeous and silky. It also is thicker, or appears to be anyway. I have not seen any improvement with growth yet; but I have only been taking it for two weeks.I do recommend this product.
