Easy to use and very sharp good non slip handle

One of our old, trusty, knives fell apart recently. On holiday one of these knives was in the drawer. It was just right as a replacement so, when we got home, I ordered one. You won't need any other small knife once you have this one!

Nice and sharp

I have to disagree with the other review. I have one of these which I use in my cafe and it's absoultely fab for tomatoes, onions and mushrooms. I do get my knives sharpened evey 4 weeks so perhaps that's why I haven't noticed it becoming blunt so quickly. I wouldn't be without this knife. I also have the larger one which is again fab. Can't fault them at all.

I got this knife as I needed it for cooking, but well it lost it's sharpness within about 2 weeks, I was not expecting that, I mean it cuts but no where near as good as before, If your buying these knifes I suggest getting a whetstone, this is the best type of knife sharpener for these knifes. Plus side is that it is decent size to cut vegetables, fruit, etc...

Very well balanced in the hand, light, and most importantly, sharp! I use this mostly when chopping vegetables or need to get a thin slice of something. Sharpening is easy and straightforward. No complaints, it works well!
