Cento Pignoli (Pine) Nuts, 1.75 Ounce Bottles (Pack of 12)

I will be up front: I have a bias against pine nuts from China because I don't think they have a very good flavor. In my experience, the Chinese pine nuts are characterized by being significantly larger than those from, e.g., the Mediterranean regions.I always toast pine nuts before using them (toasted by stirring in a very hot, dry pan on the stovetop). These Cento pine nuts have a good flavor and aroma when toasted, particularly as compared to the pine nuts marketed under the Haddon House brand (I tested side by side).These Cento pine nuts are small in size and taste good.
