No light leak from the lens. Had an amazing shoot at the boneyard in Charleston. Allowed me to capture shadows in rough seas. I highly recommend. I tried to add a photo, I either added 0 or 3.

Great Filter for Long exposure, but a 16 stop filter may work better for some. Be aware that there is a color cast to the filter which will need to have a custom WB set if you are doing color. It works better in BW photography.

Love the filtration. Love the small form to reduce vignetting. The design quality on mine seems a little low. It came apart after only a few uses. I reached out to Formatt-Hitech to ask if this is normal and they never even responded so bad customer service as well. No bueno.

I purchased this because it was reported as being "color neutral." It is by FAR the best ND filter I have found for color neutrality. It also appears to be very even. The construction is good, and the threads don't jam on the lens like some cheap filters do.

I used it for photographing the partial eclipses during the 2017 Eclipse. Worked fine with my Nikkor 18-300 mm lens. Very satisfied.

Did everything I wanted in the way of allowing long exposures during the day. Consistent across the entire frame and easy to correct for color. Expensive but well worth the cost.

Perfect for its job. No color cast - precision milled. Just excellent.
