Good wardrobe, nicely finished. A couple of holes on the back didn't line up, and one of the doors had a split. Customer service replaced the door without fuss three months after the wardrobe was delivered.Quite difficult to construct, with a lot of parts, however went up according to the instructions and the only problems were two off place holes on the rear and the backing was not perfectly square. Mine stands well and square without adjustment, only relying on the kit and instructions.Good quality for the price.

Instructions were extremely difficult to follow a two man job. Screw holes didn't line up properly. Wood quality is very soft . However once built looks lovely be prepared for a long process.

Gorgeous sturdy beautiful finnish good amount of storage , takes a couple of days to build so make a pack lunch , once completed and you've used every swear word going ... you will be very very happy with your purchase , it blooming stunning , patience and a good screwdriver 🪛

This is one of the most annoying pieces of flatback furniture I have ever had the misfortune to have to assemble. The instructions are sometimes ambiguous and the pieces are poorly labelled and too similar (mainly the screws).It's a nightmare but is surprisingly sturdy once it is together.Beware.

OK, so it did take ME almost 7hrs to build but that includes almost 1hr opening/emptying/checking components and counting the fixings. I think that there are 384 screws/hinges/handles/pins/dowels/shelf supports and brackets.The instructions probably could be clearer but if I can assemble this, then they can't be that bad.You DO NEED 2 people and the instructions do say that you need 4sq metres to assemble (which I totally agree). None of the wooden sections are numbered or lettered, so as we identified each piece, we numbered them in a place that wouldn't be visible (that really did help).Although there were a couple of wooden pieces that were "slightly" bowed, it did not prevent us from assembling the wardrobe and everything slotted together perfectly.I am going to be honest, I didn't put the hardboard back panels on, because there are far too many pins. I might glue the panels on and then just out a few pins in.I think you will agree, it does look very nice and it is exactly what we wanted/expected.Would I recommend this to others??100% I would.Finally, I'd like to mention the couriers that the supplier uses.They followed the instructions perfectly. They messaged us to confirm delivery date.The night before, they confirmed the delivery window and 30 minutes before delivery, they rang to let us know.The couriers also use what3words app, for the exact delivery directions/location, so download the app and help them get your parcel delivered perfectly.

I would love to be saying superb unit and posting photos of the finished article.... But, I cant.Upon opening it the first thing I noticed is this isn't pressure treated but hey no biggie.It's bits and pieces of pine compressed and cut in together as would be expected.Very confusing construction plan referring to number 1 2 3 4 etc etc but not one piece of timber is labelled? So off to a bad start.Worked it out and construction started until I got to the sides.... Got right side fitted took out left and initially never noticed anything, tried to fit the front edge but the dowels were off line. Weird I thought, until I noticed a big flaw running 20cm and which would only worsen in time. Not only that but the panel was cut off the square and ran about 5 degrees off (see photos) which in turn put the doweling off line!I made up as much as I could as mercers had promised a 2 day delivery of a replacement side panel.APC showed next day or overnight delivery online, nothing came, next day again nothing came eventually told there was a problem! Reading some of the feedback, if you have a problem Mercers always have prolens sorting it in the 2 days promised. It's perhaps best not to lie to customers?Now I have half a wardrobe blocking my dining room (see photo) during a house move! Yes we are actually moving house as well!Needless to say I'm nearly moving into another house now and divorce papers served!I've had no option now but to dismantle this and ask for it to be taken back. We need the space in the house just now and I'm not prepared to make up a dismantled wardrobe as it will never go back together very well. Certainly not one this size and weight.Also I would, if you get a good wardrobe, buy angle brackets for the main carcass as it is flimsy and heavy. The 3 screws won't hold this if it starts to go. Perhaps even a brace bar to the rear.It's a flat pack wardrobe. Better than some but for the value, it's borderline. It's not going to be sturdy as you may think and I'm certain it will go off the square very easily.Would I recommend? I would have, maybe, but the experience was enough for me to say no its just not worth the hassles, with a company who clearly has little consideration for the problems they create. They should own the problem and fix it, not make excuses and lies! 😭Good luck if you do buy it, I'm sure it would have looked Lovely. I'll not get to know. Now await the collection.UPDATE _ They wont let me return it because I dont have the boxes now :( I'm sure thats illegal..... There is no care given about your ability to pack a very heavy object! I am partially disabled and they couldn't care less. More over Amazon give you no assistance or help either! I have seen this item for sale in a few other places up to you if you think its worthwhile trying there instead.I'm disturbed amazon allow substandard service. I have sworn by amazon for years and even more so recently. I can see our friendship coming to an end! Starts with cancelling Prime!

Professional carpenter constructed wardrobe but found side wood panels warped as a result back panels could not be nailed on properly also doors warped so catches difficult to align and one door not closing. Internal dividers had to have extra screws to bring them into alignment. Would definitely not buy anything from this company again.
