Good remote
Nice unit. Easy to install but had some issues getting it to work. Not sure what the problem was. I turned the power to the unit on and off three times, checking the wiring to see that it was wired right. The third time I turned the power on the remote worked. It connected right away to Alexa and works great. The app on my phone works but is slow to sync sometimes.

Alexa and iOS both offer full featured control
Works with Alexa. Works while not at hone. Allows variable fans speeds and light brightness either Alexa. Easy Install. Clear instructions. Has schedules and grouping if needed. Does not work with Apple HomeKit but I didn’t expect it as that was not listed.

Broke after seven months
I bought this after we lost the remote to our last fan controller. Despite trying repeatedly, I could never get it to pair via wifi with my phone. I have a disability and had to pay someone to install it, so taking the fan apart to reposition the unit for wifi wasn't option. But the remote worked well, so I decided to leave it. The remote was attractive and nicely designed and I really liked the remote holder that came with it.Then, exactly seven months after I purchased it, it quit working entirely. This placed it outside the period of product support, so I'm stuck buying another fan controller after paying more than double the usual price for this one. Would NOT recommend!Pros:1. Nice remote2. Works but not work Wifi
Can’t get this to connect to WiFi at all. My phone will connect to the device but the signal won’t stay long enough to register in the app. The factory reset directions also do not work. Remote works as expected.

Super simple to install, works well
Worked off the bat. Installation is 5 wire nuts, and does exactly what you expect.

Alexa integration works about 70% of the time
This installs just as easily as a regular fan/light remote and the remote itself works well but sometimes you need to turn the lights off then back on to reset it so that alexa integration will work again.

It works!
I could not find my ceiling remote. Went to home depot for a generic one but no luck. Tried this new stuff and it worked!!! Great! It's a lot cheaper than getting a new ceiling installed. Plus I can now control the lights and fan from outside. This summer it will be a lot cooler! Yeah!
