Aqua-VuMO-POD3 Remote Control Wireless Underwater Camera Positioner

I can't believe I didn't have one of these before now! Absolute must if you have a camera. Works great. If you want to use a 10" hole, you will have to untie the cord so the legs can be wider. 8" hole shown in the photo. Make sure you tie it off so it isn't accidentally lost down the hole! the cord holder will not keep it from getting dunked. I've used it on two trips so far and I'm still using the same batteries. The remote clip is a nice feature; the remote is always handy and won't get lost. I used duct tape to reinforce the plastic packaging it came in for a carry case. The only draw back is the cord holder. I think they should improve on this by adding a sleeve type holder that can be tightened up and hold the cord vertical. I may modify it myself. It's worth every penny.

I ordered this with very little expectations waited a couple weeks to get it charged it up pulled it out of the box played with it and immediately noticed that I was having an issue with my battery that being said the quality in this camera is phenomenal for the price you pay picture clarity is as good as an aqua view if not better back to the battery issue that I had I contacted support immediately and they went out of their way to make sure I was happy polite friendly got back to me immediately without hesitation sent me a whole other one when all I was asking was if I could buy another battery they went out of their way to make sure that I was happy no matter what it cost them I would buy 10 more of these before I ever went back to an aqua View

Bought this along with the aqua vu 715c camera. Works great, just clip the remote to your jacket and turn the camera where you want it. Highly recommend.

This is a must to use with the aqua view.

The first one I ordered came broken which was a bummer, but I was quickly sent a replacement. This is a must have if you use any sort of underwater camera for ice fishing. I have tried the cheap version from Aqua-Vu and the cable on my camera (Moocor) was too thin and would slip right through it. This one will hold any cable since you weave it through the holder. The legs adjust to fit over any size hole. The remote control feature is what makes this awesome. I can be in my ice tent and adjust the camera without having to get out to do so. The remote is small and could be easy to lose, but I just keep it in my camera case and haven't had an issue.

I received the device just before I headed out for a weekend of ice fishing. It worked as billed and it was definitely worth buying as I tried moving the camera around without it and it was very difficult to control. The main reason I write this though was that on Sunday evening when I came in from fishing I dropped it and cracked the battery cover enough that it wouldn't stay on. I emailed customer service, they responded very quickly and within a couple hours they sent me a new cover free of charge. that kind of customer service is rarely seen in this day and age and will make me a repeat customer of products from a company Made in the USA. This planner is awesome!!! Cameras should come with it in the box, they are pretty much useless without one. The remote control works perfectly. The only thing I added was a little float in case it falls in the hole.

A very odd and unconventional rechargeable battery pack. the on/off button on the battery pack does not show you if it is on or off. it just clicks. the charger shows a green light, but if clicked on/off it goes away. First set up I showed a full charge. Next day using it, I turned the monitor on and the battery was empty. Just a very non-traditional and overly complicated battery pack system compared to other re-chargeable batteries.Be nice if the battery pack would indicate if it was on or off. the switch does not compress in or out, it just clicks. So is it on? or off? the monitor worked fine. the image is clear! but again. had a rough first outing.

It works very well and very professional equipment items that is very handy for your underwater camera.

Only used 3 times so far, but it works good. Real easy to set up. Works great to aim camera in exact position needed.

This was a gift and I have heard no complaints.

Remote is great chord gets caught up sometimes and is best to tape it to rotating stem to keep camera chord from slipping. Overall happy with my purchase
