My power has only been out 10 seconds in 4 years but I still like the peace of mind during storm season there would be light in the event I lost power. Installation was simple and straightforward. Nice unit.

lite weight, perfect size for the area we had in our kitchen area. The lights are bright when they come on. Worth the money to purchase. Only issue was the battery wire wasn't hooked up and no information telling the purchaser that it needed to be hooked up. So if it doesn't work after installed, check battery wires.

These lights work great for my house. I wired a 6 foot extension cord and a block of wood to the back so I could mount these on the wall. They will run for 3 to 5 hour's.

It was smaller than our old emergency light but it does the job

Good inexpensive Emergency Light that installs easily, the plastic backing plate can drilled to fit whatever electrical box you are using. The true test will be how battery's hold up over time, because the battery's are always in a new condition there should not be any of the memory issues usually found with NiCd battery's.

I now have bought 3 of these. I live in Florida and originally had the non LED ones in my house as backup for power outages. As the batteries on the non-led have failed I upgraded to LED. During the last hurricane these worked perfectly and after 6 hrs with out power were still going strong. They light so well that we didn't need any additional lighting.

One of the smallest wall mounted emergency lights out there. Good for installations where the commercial/industrial look of larger, more typical emergency light fixtures would look out of place. The fixture gives off plenty of light, the individual heads swivel to a great degree and can accommodate just about every installation scenario. The lights last over two hours continuously, and the unit can be fitted with a larger capacity battery if desired, but in typical use, this isn't necessary.I knocked off one star because the green pilot light in the test button is ridiculously bright. In some cases, this might be a benefit as a sort of night light or guide light in a darkened room or area, but will be an issue where darkness is desired. Otherwise, this is a fantastic little fixture for those that don't want to have a fixture that would out of place.

Good price point here Nicad bats better than expensive SLAS now too. (90mins of light too.} not as bright as incandescent though. 2 watts verses 9 watts.

These were easy to install and give off a bright bluish white light. Lasts about 90 minutes after full charge. Test button is handy if you haven't seen them come on for a few months.
