Really pleased with my back support, it has helped me to walk & stand straighter. I have a L5/S1 prolapsed disc and was starting to bend double when walking, I am only 44 and was walking like a 95 year old. I can not fit it too tightly because it doubles my sciatic pain, but I have managed to find the right balance between fitting it tight enough to walk upright but not too tight that it causes problems with my leg pain. Would recommend this quality product. Just one note of warning, I am size 8 and 5" 1 and it fits fine, but if you were a medium Size 10/12 you may find it too small. Should be a small not medium.

Not too bulky, easy to put on if you get it the right way up. Helps support your back and a bonus pulls in your stomach!

This is a top notch product, and it goes a very long way to making my life closer to normal. I found the Medium came out small female size 10-12 I was disappointment that I could not return for a larger size otherwise I would have been very happy with my purchase

Unfortunately I am very disappointed in my purchase. I cannot make a constructive comment as the belt was uncomfortable when I tried it on. Not the product fault but the many problems with my back. I just took a chance on the belt giving some relief. Unfortunately I did not see the notice on my order that the belt was unreturnable, that is, until I tried to return it.SorryWendy

Bought for wife, good price, quality and colour,found really comfortable and supportive for lower back with or without removable stays in.perfect fit but Important to get correct size as one strong vertical velcro fastening central front.Would recommend.
