Well good value for money
Great phone for just over a hundred quid!! Picture quality is ok video is good too... the screen is clear and bright and crisp. Have dropped it a few times from my bike whilst riding and it is solid... The battery life so far is massive and lasts all day with gps and location on for cycling... after 6 hours cycling with it as gps it still has 67% battery life left!!! The battery takes a long time to charge up if it does get run down to near empty but charging overnight it is full again in the morning. sound quality is good and to use it is no different than using my old samsung phone... for 7 times less cost!!!! Great phone highly recommend it if you not wanting to pay stupid money for a smartphone let alone one that can withstand a bit of roughness!!

Really good product and robust. We liked everything! Only not 5 starts because i’m an apple user and i’m bit lost at the moment with the new phone :).

Stopped taking a charge.
I've had it for all of 6 months and the phone no longer charges up. I've tried different cables and plugs/USB ports. I bought this because it was supposed to be robust. I'm pretty disappointed needless to say.Note the phone would typically detect the charger and indicate that it was charging but simply not increase its charge.

A good phone.
I have really enjoyed this phone. It does everything I need and isn't too delicate.I have downloaded the apps I like with no problem. Set up payments, navigated with it, checked my bills and accounts. Seems like an excellent phone. I have even dropped it a couple of times with no consequences.19.10.19I notice some reviewers have had difficulty navigating and messaging but I have to say I have not found these a problem. I have used the Ulefone at work which involves me regularly visiting unfamiliar places and I have been able to navigate using Google and other apps such as Waze and the cycling app Komoot. My son recently got a new phone costing around £900 and I asked what more he got for his money. We worked out that his camera was excellent ( the one on the Armor X2 phone is not too bad but make sure your hand is on a firm surface to avoid any blur) his phone was also faster with 4G while mine has 3G. I have not found the speed too slow but I guess it depends on how quickly you need to get Lewis Capaldi booted up.I use my phone for audio books a lot and I have found it works fine for this. The only negatives I have found is that I cannot use the phone with a remote control app for my TV and had to get a refund on the app when I tried (which was simple enough). I also cannot use it with a compass app which I would have liked but it is not essential to me. I can still use it for geocaching but have to use the map rather than the compass. One final negative is that the speaker is not great to listen to music so play it through the Bluetooth. At the moment I cannot find massive fault with it. I would definitely buy another. I have 2 other phones; one is a Black View (poor battery life) for business and the other is a work phone which is an adequately functional LG. My Ulefone is my personal phone is is way more fun to use. I rely on it as my main phone. If I have any problems with it I will come back and update.

not shock proof enough.
Battery life was the best thing on the phone, it lags, crashes often and takes long to charge. Also dropped it down the stairs and it hasn't turned back on since. Wouldn't agree on it being shock proof. Very disappointed.

Looks rugged enough!
This phone is going abroad. I like the overall look of it and it looks like it can take a few knocks! I’m hopeful that it will be satisfactory.
