Good product!
Very good product! It is extremely sturdy and easy to install. I did install the screws into wood, which definitely helps the sturdiness. The only thing I would recommend is putting the sides about a half inch closer together than the template shows. I do not like when the toilet paper roll can move back and forth side to side more than a little bit, and it looks nicer when you can see less of the white plastic spring loaded piece.

Nice looking, but plugs don't fit
Beautiful and well proportioned, but holes are not properly countersunk. Use a 3/8" bit and drill by hand enough so that the screws go in farther, allowing the wooden plugs to fit snugly. Use stronger drywall anchors than the ones suppled because it needs to be tight enough to resist the spring tension of the roller.

Function ability and Appearance
The toilet tissue holder worked as it should. I was not fond of the plastic roller bar so I used my old chrome one which was in perfect shape. The edge was larger than the plastic one, but it worked perfectly. Also it has a lovely appearance if you tend to like the wood finish In your bathroom.

Lovely
Excellent quality, good looking, exactly as shown, and very easy to install - about 5 minutes. It tok me longer to find te screwdriver and spirit level than to install. Would definitely recommend.

Good quality
I liked the price and the style. I glued the holders to a cabinet so it was very easy to install. We have had no problem so far (it's been more than a year).

Poor quality
The delivery and packaging were excellent, pity the quality of the product was not the same, these were purchased to replace ones bought approx 20 years ago from a local hardware store, the old ones still look better than the new ones after all this time, the wood has not been finished off to a professional quality and the small wooden plugs that cover the screw holes do not fit properly I had to use glue to keep them in. For the price of this product very disappointed would not recommend. The same applies to the matching towel rail purchased at the same time
