I purchased this product with some reservations since it is an off brand. But the product worked perfectly after installation. I installed it myself, and it was relatively easy. I would recommend this product highly. Most importantly, the customer support was outstanding. My package came in with a cracked control box. I reported the problem and the vendor replied within 24 hours and then sent me a replacement control box. I also just asked for a recommendation on a compatible wireless keypad, and again they replied within 24 hours. Awesome support!

Watch video to install, instuctions poor, never could get control box programed, remotes ok, worked about 6 times quit working, was going to call tech support, but can only respone by email and wait 24hrs for a responce, went to return item, Amazon sent mailing label, vendor wanted pictures and after a week did not send free return shipping label, ended up paying $82.95 for return postage, tracked was at post office on hold at vendor's request, called Amazon, gave refund but still out postage

I bought and installed this gate opener, partly because of its stainless steel finish, as I was worried about our proximity to the ocean. So far, it has operated well, with no sign of rust. all the fittings that come with it are heavily galvanised too.I needed more remotes than the two that come with the set, but found that a normal universal remote will not pair with this controller. Luckily, Aliya at customer services helped me get extra remotes. So I'm very happy and would recommend this product

Can't read the wiring diagram. It's a bad copy of a bad copy and its missing the solar panel.EDIT got them to send me a panel and 2 extra remotes. Had to reset board but all is working as needed. Stopped working. Going in trash.

Not enough instructions. Difficult to install. It works great, but a lot involved to get there.

Finally got it installed on our new gates... wanted something solar powered because we have a place in the desert. They work great, remote works great, tech support helped with the key pad... still working on that but should be up and running soon!

Biggest piece of junk I've ever bought. Solar can't keep up the batteries, AC hook up sucks. All around the worst product I have ever had to deal with.

You get what you pay for, unfortunately I instantly regretted cutting corners with this product and it’s a shame that I am waiting for it to stop working so I can buy the one we should have bought the first time.It only comes with 2 remotes, I bought extra universal remotes advertised to work with this manufacturer but they will not link. The universal remote built into the car will not link. There isn’t a key pad available that works with this manufacturer. Which means I had to install a realtor box at the gate and sacrifice one of my 2 remotes to the box. So my Household has to share 1 remote between 4 vehicles.The gate arms are VERY SLOW, the gates we have them installed on are light aluminum.
