This is my 3rd bottle of the Pep supplement. I used to be absolutely addicted to coffee, drinking it several times a day. Now, I take 2 capsules every morning and that's it. It has enough caffeine in it that I don't have any withdrawals and also has several other herbs for added benefit. I've noticed much better energy and mental clarity and don't experience the "crash" you have after too much coffee. So basically, this $12 bottle lasts all month (slightly cheaper at iherb.com). That would be 3-4 coffees at starbucks. Definitely worth it. Of personal note, after having been a coffee drinker my whole life, I actually feel like I cannot tolerate having this supplement in addition to a cup of coffee. It's too much for me, so I've almost completely stopped drinking coffee altogether, but I feel better for it.

I did not receive the product I thought I was ordering

I have been taking PEP for several years and I tell everyone how wonderful it is. When my energy flags I take one. It doesn't make me feel jittery or give me a racing heart it just makes me feel good and refreshed.

I have used Pep for many years, and can honestly say I consider it rather indispensible. I cannot drink much coffee, and this herbal energizer gives me the same pick-up. It does contain caffeine, but also other beneficial ingredients, making it a healthier choice than coffee. I do looove coffee, but it doesn't love me, so I limit my intake, and truly appreciate this alternative product.

I've been using this product for 35 years and really appreciate it. A long time friend attributes my (more) youthful appearance to it. I do not have grey hair at 71.
