I have Crohn's Disease which affects my auto immune system. Started taking DMG a few years ago and it has DRAMATICALLY decreased the times I've gotten sick or colds. Now my 79 year old mother takes it! I take 3 a day but my mother takes it only in A.M. and she doesn't get sick as often either. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

great consistent quality

I'm not sure I notice any effect at all with this supplement. Can this cause acne? Because I didn't have a problem with that before! Not taking it any longer. Experiment over.
