Good for cats with stones, and some cats with ingredient intolerance
What I like: high in protein, lean meat, no fish (fish is a controversial food for cats, so to be safe I don't give it to mine), grain and potato free. What I don't like: price and long ingredient list. I am breaking up my review into a few parts, and you can read whatever is important to you. The 2nd paragraph is specific to my cat who had bladder stones, the 3rd paragraph is about my two cats with intolerance to certain ingredients, and the last paragraph is my final thoughts. DISCLAIMER: I am not a veterinarian, so keep that in mind.I bought this specific brand and flavor for my male cat Zeke after he developed and passed bladder stones. There are two types of stones- one can dissolve if the cat is fed the right kind of food, and one requires surgery. The vet recommended a prescription diet to see if the stones would dissolve without the need for surgery. Luckily they did. The vet told me that Zeke would have to stay on the prescription diet for life to ensure the stones wouldn't come back. This made me upset, because if you look at the ingredient list on the prescription food, it's pretty bad. So I decided to self educate. What I read (again, disclaimer that I am not a vet), is that a prescription diet has no actual prescription. It's not medicated. What makes prescription diets special and why vets recommend them is that they carefully control percentages of ingredients, proteins, minerals, and vitamins. The recommended percentages for felines with stones is pet food that has a high water content (no dry food), has a phosphorus level under .5% , a protein level of around 35%, and a sodium level of .2% or less. I kept Zeke on the prescription diet for 3 months, and then I made the conscious choice to take him off of it. I still keep a case of prescription diet on hand just in case I notice his symptoms coming back, but it's been a year now, and he has done well on the Puka Puka Luau. I chose this brand and flavor because it blended the needs of 2 of my cats. It is low in phosphorus and sodium for Zeke with his stone issue (both levels under 1%), but very high in protein for my cat with intolerance to certain ingredients (82%). It's been a year now, and Zeke has not had a recurrence of stones. I emphasize that I made a personal and informed decision to take my cat off of the prescription diet. Do your own research and consult with your vet. Stones can be deadly to your cat, so I don't want to be held responsible by anyone who decides to switch their cat to this food based off of my review. I did what I felt was right for my cat, but I kept in contact with the vet as I did this, and I kept the prescription food on hand as a failsafe.I have two cats who are litter mates- the male is Rowan and the female is Freya. They both have grain and starch intolerance, as well as additional intolerance to some elusive ingredient(s) that I can't figure out. They are also both obese. Freya's intolerance has always been worse than Rowan's. This brand and flavor doesn't work for Freya, who has soft stool and gas when I tried her on the Puka Puka Luau. Rowan does very well on this flavor. With a cat that has intolerance to certain foods, a limited ingredient diet is best. There are way more ingredients in the Puka Puka Luau than I am happy with, but for Rowan at least, it works. He has also slimmed down a very little bit because this food is high in protein and low in carbs. He'd probably slim down even more if I could get him to move, but his idea of playtime is to lay down and nuzzle toys. He goes away to pout if I try to make him chase his toys. Freya, unfortunately, has to remain on her old food and is still extra chubby despite the fact that I don't overfeed her. Conclusion: this food is about as good as canned food can get. It's a great option for cat owners who want to feed their pets well, and who can afford the crazy price of healthy food. For me personally, price has been really hard on my wallet. Once I move to my new apartment, I won't have neighbors on either side of me to complain about noise. I am buying a meat grinder and will go off of a vet recommended recipe for homemade raw cat food. For anyone who got to the end of this review, please do extensive research before switching to homemade. Lack of research and vet consultation can lead to homemade food that will harm your pet.

Game Changer
My cats were eating purina hard food since we first got them as kittens. Of course we switched to soft food but it always was terrible. They would end up being uninterested after the first sniff. I was really scared to switch over again but lately they started having upset stomachs after eating and almost consistently throwing up after eating. They started getting smaller and I started getting very worried. I saw a few ads on TikTok about tiki cat and as a last resort before having to spend thousands on vet bills on a million tests I thought why not. I am SO GLAD that I did! They were keeping food down and they are gaining all that weight back to a healthy size again. AND they aren’t bored of the flavors. One LOVES the chicken mixes and the other loves the chicken and salmon mixes! I will never go back, definitely will and would recommend this brand to anyone who is looking for the next best brand for their kitties.

Tiki Pets
My cats loved this variety pack. I like that they had different flavors than most of the other wet cat food brands, so cats won't get tired of the same wet food all the time.

Expensive but good quality
Pros:*My cat loves this and he's a picky senior cat who refuses to eat sometimes.*Quality food, with proper balance of supplements added.*First ingredient is Seabass and it's true. You'll open it and it's all chucks of fish.* It smells good too if you like fish. It doesn't smell like pet food. It smells like people food.Cons:*Price is high*Doesn't come in cans larger than 6oz which is disappointing if you want to buy more for less $*Way too much water. I'd rather pay for the weight of the actual food, than the added water. I'm capable of adding water myself. I don't need them to do it and charge me more for the weight.

Finally! A food he eats!!
Such a relief! Two of my cats had seizures after feeding a Purina dry “sensitive stomach” food! Both required fluids and insulin from the vet. Sluggish and sick, and now unable to eat any dry food, THIS is the brand of meat that’s safe for compromised kidneys and diabetics and they LOVE IT! Wish the. And were bigger!

My cat's won't eat it
I read it's very healthy for my cats. For some reason my cats don't like the taste or smell, they won't tell me which. Anyway, I won't buy again.

Supposed to be a 12 pack of six flavors, 2.8oz cans. They sent six cans, three 2.8oz & three 5.5oz. and a total of four flavors, two of which my cat doesn't like. It's also over priced.

Bon produit

It’s okay
The cans are so small for the amount of money you pay. Mine came damaged and the outside box was just thrown together with no tape or seal. My cats like it but the price is very steep for 12 baby cans.

Items came loose in a box, dented along seams
8 of 12 have dents. This could allow bacteria to enter the cans especially if it is along the seams, and I will not be feeding my cat any that I feel have been compromised. Waste of money
