The white plastic backing covers were missing on four of the driver boxes one driver exploded after being installed. Did not realise driver covers were missing till installing last three

Purchased product in Sept 2020, already 2 lights have failed. Warranty given for 1 year but difficult to get replacement.Amazon offered refund but have to send all 10 back , so accepted goodwill payment to avoid paying Electrician for replacing all 10 .

They are OK, not the best on the market but for the price they are fine. Be very careful when plugging them in as you can bend the pins very easily.

LEDs themselves are great. The driver circuit (that takes 240v to 24v) is a bad design. I purchased 10 in April this year and had to replace 3 within a month. Contacted the company and they sent me another box of 10. It's now August and I've just used the last of the 10 replacements.As I like the LEDs themselves I've decided to purchase two 24v 6 amp puwer supplies and will wire them in to the existing LEDS. That will give me 2 amps of headroom when they're all on. Should be safe enough.Wife nearly had a heart attack when the last one blew last night and knocked out the breaker. They really go off with a bang.

Have had these fitted a few months now, with no trouble. They dim really well, from bright to warm.

Professionally installed and 2 weeks later blew up. Faulty drivers could have caused a fire.Product should be recalled immediately
