Team square pizza, more crunch!
So this is my second Lloyds pan. The first was a Detroit style Pizza pan which I use often. I purchased this one because I want to make larger pizzas and it was on sale. Works as good as a Lloyd pan should. Easy to clean and makes a nice large pizza which feeds 2-3 ppl. The one thing to note is that it’s only 1.5 inches tall, so while it’s not as tall as a DSP pan, it works fine with nearly all pizza dough recipes. Gets a nice crispy bottom and slides out of the pan easily (use oil). Lloyd pans aren’t cheap, but if you use them often (they are durable) and learn how to use them well, than they pay for themselves very quickly. Once you learn how to properly stretch the dough then square pizzas become delicious, crispier alternatives to other home baked pizza styles. There is nothing like a good cheese pull couples with a crackle of crispy crust. Team square pizza right here!! Buy this pan and USE IT!

Exactly what I was looking for
Love this pan. I made a delicious Sicilian pizza that came out perfect, nothing stuck to the pan. Very easy cleanup too.

Great Pan for Detroit Pizza
I bought this pan specifically to use for Detroit Pizza and it's great!!! I also use it for foccacia bread. It creates the perfect crust. It's also super easy to clean. This pan is sturdy and seems as though it will last for years to come.

Never a doubt about Lloyd Pans
As a former caterer, I know the quality of Lloyd Pans first hand. All of my deep dish pizza pans are from Lloyd Pans. With proper care, they will last a lifetime. They woek perfectly in conventional ovens, in convection ovens, on pizza stones. Never a problem to clean after use -- nothing sticks to the coating. Worth every penny . . . especially when available on sale.

USA Bakeware appears more durable
4/11 revised review: Pan is better than I thought it would be. Weight is just heavy enough to bake sourdough rolls: pan heats quickly because it's so thin but doesn't burn bottoms of rolls. Bottom outside of pan is rusting slightly but I'm still happy w/ performance of pan. I bought a T651 12x12x1/8 Aluminum sheet metal plate to cover my rolls for most of the baking to retain the moisture for better expantion and color for $14.99. I'm very happy with how they work together.First impressions: almost sent it back to Amazon before opening the plastic. Coating is scratched like LloydPans said it would be: 3 spots on two sides. Really does appear to just be a nonstick coating-nothing special. Pan is almost lightweight - not heavy enough to justify the cost. Will try it out only because of the 4.7 star 500+ reviews. If I'd picked it up at a store I would have definetly passed it by.

A staple in my kitchen!
Sturdy and better than expected. I've used this about a dozen times already and I love it. The size is just right. Non-stick feature works great. I'd love a few more but it's not in my budget:) Glad I got at least one.
