Used these on my black light cake and they worked great. Glowed under black light just fine.

These do glow but you can't tell when they are lit because it isn't dark enough. Didn't really give the feel I was hoping for. I should have realized that the glow effect wouldn't work well on a candle that gives off life!!! 3 stars because they do what they say but not worth the extra $

Perfect to put on my sons blacklight cake I made him for his glow in the dark birthday party! He and all of his friends were amazed by everything that glowed. These were so cool.

They do glow!
I was hesitant on buying these after reading the so/so reviews. I can say they DO GLOW, I thought they were fantastic!! I used them for my sons 9th glow in the dark birthday theme
