Febreze Car Vent Clips Smoke Odor Eliminator, Fresh Citrus Scent, (Pack of 8)

Bought a used car. Previous owner was a heavy smoker. Had it detailed, replaced the headliner, tried every heavy duty spray and air freshener I could find. But still the stench of stale smoke remained - until now. Light, pleasant "background" scent and no more stench - even after baking in the sun with the windows up all day. Couldn't be happier!

A friend borrowed my car for a few weeks and apparently smoked in the car nonstop. I was sickened by the smell left behind — I am not a smoker — and tried several things without success. I purchased a single pack originally and was amazed that within 3 days the smell was gone. After a week there was no evidence at all of the smoke. I bought the 2 pack just to have — to keep the car fresh. This was anazing.

Purchased this pack for my 2007 Toyota Sienna LXE Limited Van, after we realized a few days after our purchase, that the previous owners had smoked inside the van.On a hot day, the smell of cigar smoke will permeate out of the air vents. With just a few of these Fabreze Car Vent clips placed strategically throughout the van, you would NEVER even know someone had smoked in it before, unless I told you.The scent is refreshing and not over-bearing or hard to deal with. Everyone who has come into the van on a trip, comments on how they love the scent, as soon as they sit down. Life of the Fabreze packs, with the dial turned wide-open to release the scent, is about 3-4 weeks.

Nice smell

Don't get anything wrong about my star rating these were great. I smoke in my car and my girlfriend doesn't smoke. She's never complained about it smelling in there ever since I got them and changed my cars cabin filter. I just have allergies to really strong smells and even on the lowest setting it chokes me up in a matter of 20 or 30 seconds so I have to roll the windows down. at that point in time you should also consider changing your cabin filter in your car if you smoke in it. By the carbon paper one because it cleans the air extremely well. Just the tip for the last part of my review.

I bought a "new to me" vehicle and loved everything about it minus one thing, the previous owner definitely smoked a pack a day. I figured if the smell is the only problem it has, that's an easy one I can fix myself. These vent clips did WONDERS. When I first got the vehicle, as soon as you got in, the smell of smoke hit you right away. After almost a month (I started with one vent clip due to the smell of them being a little strong at first, then added the second one after a week or 2) my friends now get in my vehicle and say "wow it smells really good in here". So thankful for these vent clips!

Smell really nice and cleared up the smoke smell in my new car!

As a self-employed taxi driver these are useful for keeping the car smelling nice for passengers

Has to be worst smell ever .. also discovered today most shops sell for 2 pounds , i binned them as the smelll gave me the boak .. maybe try another cent as i can still smell it now and i know its in my head haha.

Last 35 hours. Liquid disappeared completely and no discernible scent after 35 hours
