4% DMAE Serum for Firming (1 ounce) | Anti-Aging Skincare, Minimizes Fine Lines & Firms Sagging Skin on Face and Neck

I've been using the 4% DMAE serum for about 2 months. For those who don't want to read a long, extended review, in short, I highly recommend this serum! It's chock full of good stuff, and while not miraculous, (not sure that can come from a bottle, sadly), it is very effective!I am 48 and my main skin concerns are wrinkles and loss of firmness and I have some HYPO-pigmentation/broken capillaries. I also don't have hundreds of dollars to spend on skincare, After much research and basically, trial and error, prior to purchasing Kate Ryan's serum I got my skincare routine down to a vit C serum, DMAE moisturizer and Emu oil in the AM and in the PM I use an eye cream and serum I make myself along with an OTC retinol cream. I also use a 10% glycolic acid three times a week. Once I settled on this routine about 6 mnths ago, I really did see a great deal of improvement in the depth of my wrinkles, skin firmness and fading of discoloration, I didn't expect much from this serum, but the reviews were so good, and the price is very reasonable, I just had to try it.I added it to my morning routine, only, and it is the first product I apply. It is definitely lightweight/not greasy at all. No discernible smell and absorbs very quickly. There is some ingredient separation if you don't shake it well, but this is normal, I think, My skin is sensitive but I had zero reaction. Basically my skin felt plumper and ready for the rest of my products. I didn't notice any difference until about a week ago. And, really, it's like it took my skincare up a notch. Skin texture improved, and whatever lingering unevenness I had, is pretty much gone. The biggest area of improvement though, is definitely my upper eyelid. Absolutely visible firming. I am impressed!Though not related to product effectiveness, I feel I also have to mention how nicely packaged this was. It felt very, 'high-end'. Pretty tissue paper, box and a little handwritten note, written in silver pen, on the black envelope that enclosed the product instructions. It may seem unimportant to add this, but I really feel these little details speak to the general culture of the company. That they have pride in their product and a genuine desire to satisfy their customer. Considering that this costs about the same as the higher end drugstore products, has an ingredient list I can actually understand, and works as well as it does?I highly recommend putting down the Oil of Olay and giving this a try instead! I don't think you will be disappointed!***Update 10/16 I had to add, in addition to seeing continued improvement in my skin, I also recently had a reason to contact KR regarding complimentary refill, before I went ahead and re-ordered on my own. Literally, the next day I had a package! Not sure what I am more impressed with...the product, or the company! :-)

I am very pleased with the his product. It arrived from Kate Ryan Skincare very quickly, well before the estimated delivery date. It was packaged beautifully. The bottle was tucked into a cardboard pillow box with in a bubble wrap pocket. And this is inside the shipping box with the shipping peanuts. It certainly was not going to get damaged in transit. It came with a personalized hand-written thank you along information about the product and company. The graphic design is lovely. Simple and sophisticated. The serum is not too watery and not too thick and it spreads over the face easily and absorbs quickly. It feels nice and silky. It could be a tad more moisturizing, but because I used the serum in conjunction with my other products, that was not a big issue. At this point I have been using it for about a week, so I can't at this point evaluate the product at its optimal result time. In the short term though, I love the texture and absorption, it makes my face feel smooth, and my makeup goes on very well over it. The only "problem" I had was with the pump dispenser. If I press down all the way and give it a full pump, way too much product comes out. I have adjusted how I pump it by pressing down just a little so less comes out at once. Overall, I am happy with this and will probably purchase something else from this line. I really appreciated all the care that went into this product. I have solid expectations that the product will do what is intended to do. Thank you, Kate Ryan!

I was asked to give my unbiased review after purchasing this product. I am in no way affiliated with this company and as a frequent buyer on Amazon, nothing stinks more than un-honest reviews so I wanted you to know this before I tell you..THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING!!! It might help you to know my skin type. I'm in my early 50's, blonde hair, blue eyes. I am light skinned (not fair) but handle a tan well. My skin is kind of thin as you can see little blue and red veins through skin with certain light. My problem areas were thin skin, that my pores were starting to enlarge, crepiness especially around my eyes and my jaw and mouth with sagging on the sides of my chin and some brown drypatches. I first bought the vitamin C with hyaluronic acid which instantly gave my less dryness, more suppleness, and a little less wrinkle appearance and definitely a glow under my makeup that looked like it came from my skin instead of a bottle and I think it is lightening the brown spots. But, there wasn't much change with my pore size, crepiness and sagging. Then I added the Kate Ryan DMAE serum I noticed a difference after the second application but wanted to wait a full two weeks before writing this review. I am so happy. You find yourself looking in the mirror because your skin looks so good and your not even wearing makeup. Less crepiness, less sagging, pores look smaller, wrinkles plumped out even more and skin soft and smooth (and I haven't even done an exfoliation in 2 months -can't wait to do that). I definitely see a HUGE difference. I think the DMAE makes you feel better too...I looked it up and sure enough it does! I am a believer. Girls (and guys) use the Vit C with hyalauronic acid (thin lotion like) and then wait a minute or two than slather on the Kate Ryan DMAE Serum. Use both on your face neck and chest (but I use cerave on chest and body to preserve bottle amount)..then apply your makeup. Love it and will keep buying. Please don't change the formula.

The product was delivered in a nice package with a couple hand written notes (very nice touch). I have been using this product everyday, twice a day, for about 3 weeks. It goes on nicely and is easily absorbed into the skin. Make up apples nicely over it. I can't say I can see a difference yet, but it has only been 3 weeks. I will update after a longer period of use
