The taste isn't just unpalatable, it's inedible and I have tried it in water, milk and in pancakes. Nothing could mask it, I can't recommend this to anybody as I couldn't even get a days worth down without tremendous effort.

Decent vegan protein for the price. Used it a few times now, mixes easily in water/plant milks.The taste isn't fantastic l but I wasn't expecting anything mind blowing. The smell is very strong. Typical slightly powdery texture after mixed, but again, for the price I paid and the amount I got, I don't mind too much.If you need a protein powder on a budget, I recommend this product.

The taste of this chocolate vegan protein is awful.I have been using PBN protein (not the vegan version), for several years. Offers a good combination of value and taste, easy to mix in to other foods, too.Sadly this vegan protein powder is going to last me a very long time, as the taste is so different from the normal PBN powder. I wk t be buying the vegan stuff again.

I normally don't 1-star products but this here is pretty awful. Nice presentation, even smells decent, but the flavor is so disgusting, it's almost impossible to get any of it down. The only way was to pinch my nose, so I'd avoid most of the taste. I've tried out many plant based protein drinks and so far this (along with Reflex Nutrition Vegan Protein) is the worst I've ever had. It's almost like it's one of these ingredients that have to have many other ingredients added in order to be enjoyable, but to be frank, I wouldn't even know how to achieve that in this case. Not a good representation for vegan protein shakes - I wouldn't be surprised if it convinced some people never to try any other plant based shake after tasting this one. Don't waste your money on this.

I've been buying PBN Whey protein for quite some time now and cannot fault the quality and price. However, recently I have noticed that dairy products (including Whey) are causing flare ups in my skin, so, naturally I have swapped to dairy-free alternatives in order to help.You won't have to scroll far on many vegan protein brands to see comments about how awful the taste can be. However, having tried other brands, I can honestly say that PBN have nailed it again with their Vegan protein range. The Banana flavour mixes so well without leaving a nasty grainy texture in your mouth like some other brands do. Vegan protein is often more expensive than Whey products as well, so to see such a modest price tag for a product such as this is a welcomed bonus.All in all, I would definitely recommend PBN Vegan Protein - Banana to not just Vegans but to anyone who is looking for a dairy-free alternative protein source!

Bought it for my husband, The taste was awfull, doesn't mix well with water nor milk.If it was my husband's first vegan protein to try, it will definitely put him off vegan stuff, but luckily it was not, so he's back to his previous tasty one THE BULK COMPANY.The item was not eligible for refund, I believe because they know all customers will ask to return it, but thanks to Amazon support I got my full refund straight back and PBN ...! WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE BIN
