Inspired by a traditional favorite from the land down under, our chicken salt is made from powdered chicken chicharrones which provides its golden roast flavor. This salt is balanced with umami notes from chanterelle mushrooms and tomato powder along with hints of sweet curry.

A wonderful blend of spices
I love how Chook Chicken Salt enhances the flavor of whatever food you're preparing. It has that umami flavor and I use it on everything, It's great for seasoning roasted veggies especially roasted Brussel sprout and Broccoli. I use it as a base to build a rub for chicken and it's even great on salmon. It's one of my favorite blend of spices to use.
