DC jack works for old HP laptops
This product fixed a bad DC jack on an old HP laptop. The board itself is slightly different from the original in that the internal cables use a jack instead of being soldered to the board. This is a good plus although by the time you need to replace this board again the laptop will most likely be going to the e-waste pile.

AVOID! WASTE OF TIME!
The female end of the new board is a tad bit smaller, which does not allow the male ind to be inserted. Both ports on the new board (USB and power) are not centered in the computers body holes, and are soldered onto the board crooked. This is a piece of junk.
