ZMA Dietary Supplement, 180 Capsules

I'm a HUGE fan of ZMA and have been using it for nearly 20 years. The majority of people are deficient in both zinc and magnesium due to poor nutrition and the lack of high-quality soil and food sources. If you exercise regularly, then you'll definitely be deficient as the body needs both for performance. For that reason alone, everyone should supplement with ZMA. I've used ZMA for its sleep benefits. I take it about 30-60 minutes before bed, and it has always helped me sleep great and wake up without feeling drowsy (I do NOT recommend using melatonin). One "side effect" of ZMA will be the very vivid dreams. Don't be scared. They're great! But sometimes you won't know if it was a dream or really happened. For men, zinc also helps with testosterone and it has immunity benefits. Yes, women can and should take ZMA as well, but the serving size is typically 2 caps (instead of 3 for men). No, you wont have too much testosterone or any side effects. I've used various brands of ZMA and my top three are PrimaForce, NOW, and Optimum Nutrition (ON). I rotate what I use based on which one is least expensive at the time (since Amazon likes to change prices every time you buy something and want to buy it again). You can't go wrong with any of those brands, and you'll greatly appreciate the improved sleep and vivid dreams!

Started taking this at the full dpsage which is 3 pills and had a bad break out of acne....which is good and bad. Bad cause I was itchy but good cause that means that it is helping with testosterone for sure cause I never ever had acne even in my teens and now at 30 to have it all of a sudden all over my back.. felt rested everytime I woke up too.. anyways stopped taking it for a week and then resumed with one pill for the first week then two pills the next and now I keep it at two pills..still feel rested and my mood is generally up...and anyone who has had issues with their sex life...yeah this shoupd help for sure. If your body feels more rested then everything works better...there was a time when I had some erection issues but now..no problems at all..so in my opinion this is your first line of defense if things aren't working well for you. I also used to hsve problems sleeping ...not anymore...it has helped me greatly and I hope this review helps someobe else...plus the good side is you aren't doing your body any harm by trying it..good luck!!

Best ZMA complex I've ever tried. No morning diarrhea. Same price as competitors but noticeably better. May give a different reaction to others.

Good stuff it works. Releases hgh and is a great aromatase inhibitor.

I like this product a lot. I find that I sleep more deeply when using it, and my wife said the same thing. Primaforce products are solid quality and the price is very good for this ZMA version. It's a nice quantity too, so we aren't having reorder it as frequently.

I use ZMA for helping with my sleep and workout recovery. I used to use NOW brand, as this is "recommended by Amazon", and cheaper, I thought I will try. However, there is a reason why it is cheaper - it does not work. My sleep and recovery using this brand is poorer compared with NOW ZMA earlier.
