Opium Mixer Melt or Wax Tart by Courtneys Candles

Oh my goodness! I have worn Opium perfume since 1984. This smells exactly like the perfume, I love it. I put 2 blocks in my wax warmer and the whole house smelled. Next time I will only use 1 square, I think that will be plenty. I will for sure buy this again. Thank you Courtney’s Candles for recreating this scent.

I really liked how long these candles last. They have a great fragrance that lasts a long time. I really like the Opium!

Disappointed the scent does not resemble Opium perfume at all. The scent is blah, nothing to write home about, or make me want to purchase again. What this scent smells like I can’t describe as it’s not a spice, fruit or floral scent. If guessing, I’d say it’s your typical lightly floral scent. Although I appreciated it’s made from soy wax and sometimes it’s difficult to get cubes out of clamshell packs, when opening to get one cube out, the wax crumbled into a sticky mess on my fingers and hand. There are much better copycat perfume wax tarts out there and not as costly. Look around if you’re an Opium fan and bypass this one.

These wax melts are wonderful. The smell is heavenly and lasts a long time.

Opium has long been one of my favorite scents, but this smells nothing like other opium-scented products I've had. It smells more like stale perfume mixed with cola burps.

I LOVE this scent! I can smell the lovely scent all through my home. I like the unique smell.
