I like this stroller and wish I could keep it but I’m looking to use it for my 4 year old son. He is 41 pounds and this seems a little small for him. A little narrow where he doesn’t appear to fit too comfortably and the seat isn’t too deep either. It seems like he can just slide off. Also the seat straps are a bit difficult to use and you can’t only use the bottom straps because they are connected. Also the stroller seems difficult to make the seat recline. I think you need at least two hands to do so.A few good points: the stroller is easy to push as well as it folds to a nice compact size.

Overall a good product, specially for frequent travelers

I really like this stroller for my 6 month old grandson. It’s light and easily maneuverable. Opening it takes a little effort, it’s tricky. Buckling in a wiggly child is very difficult, you have to perfectly align both strap buckles to fit in the opening. This definitely needs some redesign! I can recommend it but be aware that it’s not easy to use.

I would not recommend. The back wheels lock suddenly when any weight is put on them. I started a warranty claim and the company got back to me after several weeks. They said they would send out a new stroller but it has been nearly two weeks and nothing. Their customer service is not reachable, only available by email message. I have been sending them a email or message everyday since May to try to get a response.This review is not for the seller that I purchased the stroller from. They were fantastic and even helped me to start a warranty claim.

I love the stroller, but mine arrived used. It wasn't an open box deal either. There was dirty playdough in the back zipper pocket and sticky fingerprints all over the frame. I'm due any day now and don't have time to exchange, but just complaining about it here since there's no other way through Amazon!

This is a terrible carriage. Its throwing out money.

The stroller has every function what I needed. Big canopy, flat position, carryon, etc. I would like to give 5 stars but the buckle system is not easy, so I give 4 stars.

This review is for the Maclaren Atom stroller and Maclaren customer service.I wanted to love this stroller. I wanted to keep the stroller. It is light and compact and it is what I needed for my 3rd child who is 2 years old. However, I ended up returning it because of the poor buckle/harness system, which is what you use every time you put a child into a stroller.This is how it works: There are top two buckles that you have to line up perfectly which requires two hands. Then you have to shove it into the bottom buckle to secure it, only when you are holding the two top buckles, you cant. Forget about the padding that comes with the stroller - the bottom buckle gets lost and its almost impossible to put the top two buckles in with it on. In addition, it does not click in smoothly, so you are really having to take your whole hand and SHOVE it into the bottom, hoping that itll click. Now, what do you think this experience like when your kid is antsy and you have to move quickly?? Not fun. Then theres the issue with the harness itself: it doesnt adjust smoothly. You have to sit there and really yank on the straps to loosen or tighten it. Even that doesnt work every time. On top of that, theres the seat issue: it doesnt pull upright all the way. Your kid reclined slightly back at all times.Then there is the issue with the customer service at Maclaren. It is AWFUL. There is NO live person that you can speak with. You can either 1. chat online with them at limited hours (and get disconnected a bunch of times while doing so) 2. email them. I spent hours uploading videos, photos, chatting online. All I wanted was for them to explain to me why the buckle was designed this way and if there is a better way for me to use the stroller. This is the email response that sent back to me after hours of wasted time (did I mention I have 3 kids??):Thank you for sending the requested information.In viewing your video it is the way the harness is designed, our products have been tested and have exceed all the safety standards worldwide. We have sold thousands of this stroller worldwide and no other reports of this nature have been received.Regarding the seat adjuster, please send us a video for our technicians to review.We look forward to hearing from you.Kind Regards,Maclaren Customer Care(Insert WTF emoji here) Ok. I just shelled out close to $500 for this stroller and this is the response that I get? I rarely write product reviews, good or bad, because I simply dont have the time, but I wanted to make sure that no one wasted as much time as I did.
