Listen, I have been self tanning for a LOOONG time. I never could manage to sit still in the sun long enough to get my own tan (and years later I am grateful for that)! I have used so many different brands of tanning mitt I lost count. They all basically did the same thing, so I really didn’t think too much into it. The only thing that consistently aggravated me, it that the mitts would often soak through, and I would get tanner on my finger (not a good look). I bought this on a whim, because it promised to be completely water proof. When I tell you this tanning mitt is a game changer, I ain’t lying! Not only did it hold up to the promise of being waterproof, so my fingers remained tan free, it gave me the most EVEN pigmented tan I have ever gotten. The fibers on the mitt act more like a synthetic makeup brush (not porous, so it doesn’t absorb all your tan and all your hard earned $$$). I have been using the same brand of tanner for years, so the mitt was the only thing that changed. My tan is also fading completely even, because it distributes without absorbing the majority of the product! Needless to say, I will never be going back to the log foam/sponge tanning mitts again! The difference is night and day. BUY IT!

How have I never known to use a hand mitt to apply self tanner before? From someone who walked around with stains between my fingers half my life - this mitt is amazing! Applies it so easily and evenly, no mess. I had given up self tanners because I was so tired of the hassle. I’m back now!!

This was my first time using a mit for self tanner & I wish that I had used one sooner. It doesn't absorb a ton of product, so there is no waste. You can tell that it is lined, so your hand stays safely away from the tanner. Definitely applies product in an even layer as I have no streaks whatsoever.

I have been using plastic gloves to apply my tanning creams. I had no idea that a mitt would make such a difference, but it really does. The creams go on so much smoother and seem to actually absorb more quickly. I will never do it any other way.

I actually bought this brush to use for makeup because I thought since it was for applying sunless tanning products it would be larger to cover more area but it wasn't. It's an ok brush though. I prefer using a glove for putting my tanning products in though. I will use it but I doubt I would pay to replace it when I need to. I can't really give it and honest review though since I'm not using it for the purpose it was made for.

Easy way to apply self tanner. Goes on quickly and smoothly and even. Love this glove!

I use a body lotion that tans your skin. Even though it’s supposed to be streak free, it’s not. This mitt really helped in not having a splotchy or streaky tan.

An advancement in Human technology! Finally tanologists have realised we have THUMBS! Praise the gods!But I’m greedy.. it’s not enough.Now if someone out there could just create a mitt for all five digits I’d be laughing manically and throwing my cash at them.It’s 2021 for goodness sake. Give us the whole five finger spaces separately and stop being tight! My fingers will be tan mitt captive no more, free our fingers and let us tan with full movement.

I love this tanning mitt, it’s like a really soft velour fabric, which glides over the skin with ease, & isn’t rough like some others I’ve used, which were a bit scratchy & irritating.The mitt soaks up a fair amount of product - which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but instead of applying more & more, make sure you use what’s already on it, it should make your tanning product spread further, a little seems to go a long way.I like the fact that the mitt has a thumb, when I’ve used other mitts that didn’t have one, I found that they were more prone to slipping off my hand during tan application, I had no such problems with this mitt, it’s definitely a design improvement, making it much easier to use.My only slight negative about the product was that it only just fit, it’s definitely on the snug side if you have large hands, but other than that, I’m delighted with it so far, it seems to wash well, & the little loop was quite handy, as I could hang it up to dry afterwards.It was more than I realistically wanted to pay for a tanning mitt, but I think it was worth it, especially if it lasts me a while.I’ve only used it once so far, but it made application of my tanning moisturiser really simple, & ensured that it was properly distributed, leaving me with a lovely, even, patch-free tan.

Love them! I'm not a fan of positively reviewing items when I dont genuinely enjoy them, so full disclosure, I did get offered a free gift (another tanning kit from gaiyah) but I am honestly very happy with the items I bought here on Amazon. I bought the full kit with the exfoliating and tanning mits as well as the small face mit and the strap for applying product to your back. The mits are super soft and really high quality especially the material and stitching. The exfoliating one is very good although I've only used it once. It is slightly course though so I would recommend being gentle with it and not using on intimate areas! Overall I am super happy with everything which is why I am happy to give a review and hopefully receive and use more of these products
