WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURNS
Battery didn't hold a charge for longer than 6 hours, on a full charge from day one. It took this seller 3 weeks, completely ignoring all correspondence from myself and Amazon Reps. I requested "an exchange" even if it meant paying for the replacement while waiting for a refund. They answered with a FedEx return shipping label and never acknowledged Amazon at all. They Left Me Stuck For A Full Three Weeks Without A Phone... as if they're in a business that doesn't understand it's impossible to be in business without a cell phone these days?I'd Give Zero Stars If I Could!

Great phone!
Firstly, I ordered my unlocked Motorola G7 Power US model (XT1955-5) directly from Motorola's website, not from Amazon. But mine is the exact same model featured here.Secondly, my phone does get 4G LTE with Verizon. Prepaid. I would imagine that if I can get 4G LTE on it, surely post-paid customers who pay the big bucks would certainly be able to get it as well. Word to the wise: don't let the people who work in the Verizon store tell you this phone doesn't work with Verizon's network. There's no money to be made if you don't buy their overpriced phones. In my previous two phones, which I had the same Verizon account with, I had a micro-SIM card. It was not the kind of SIM card that you could simply punch the nano-SIM card out of. Nor was I going to cut it down with scissors in an attempt to get it to fit into this phone. So while I was waiting for this phone to arrive, I ordered a new Verizon Prepaid SIM card kit, which got here the day after the phone did. So I continued to use my old phone for a day. When the new SIM arrived, I went to my Verizon prepaid online website, and went to the 'change my device' area, input the G7 Power's ID, the new SIM card's ID, at which time Verizon's site instantly recognized my new device as a Motorola G7 Power without me putting in any more information (which means Verizon and Motorola did their homework in ensuring these phones would work with Verizon), and then I punched out the nano-SIM from the SIM card kit, and my old device went offline, and put the nano-SIM in the G7 Power, switched it on, and I was up-and-running. Same phone number. Took all of two minutes to switch over.4G LTE has been working ever since. And I get better signal, and no more dropped calls in a certain area between work and home where the call would always drop on my previous phone. I unplugged it Tuesday morning (3/26/2019) and am doing a longevity test of the battery and I'm still at 30% battery on Saturday afternoon (3/30/2019). This was as easy and painless as it gets when changing devices. And, since this phone is universally unlocked, I can switch from Verizon to almost any other US service provider. From what I understand, US Cellular is the only carrier that this phone won't work with, and I have a feeling that it's they who won't allow the phone on their network, not the phone being incompatible with their network. Sprint, I hear, is very strict in allowing certain phones on their network as well. But I don't really like Sprint, so that won't be an issue with me. But this phone definitely works on Verizon.Besides all that, I really love this phone. The face unlock feature is great, and I unlock the phone with it more than with the fingerprint sensor. It has all the bells and whistles I like in a phone. The only things it doesn't have that I wish it had are NFC, which I don't consider a deal-breaker because I've had another phone that had it and I never used it, but might need it at some point in the future; and a notification LED, which the same other phone had as well. The Moto Display that lights the screen up briefly and shows a notification when it first comes in is not a very efficient process. My previous phone had it as well, and it was just as frustrating. It lights the screen up repeatedly when I'm walking around or even when I'm, sitting down and it detects my hand moving nearby. I had to disable it to keep it from constantly lighting up and going dark almost constantly. But the goods far outweigh the bads on this phone, and I highly recommend it.

NO HELP W/ WARRANTY
No info on warranty or how to use. Phone had issues from the beginning...terrible speaker quality. Must put on speaker phone in order to hear. No sound/alert when receiving any messages/notifications. None found in searching thru the phone. Only plus for this G7Power...great battery life. Would not recommend.

Highly Disappointed!
The microphone is inoperative. Tried to call and friends and family, but they could not hear me. I did a complete reset as suggested but that did not work. Checked with my carrier to assure it wasn't on their end but they checked all technical stats on their end and said everything was working on their end. Sadly disappointed in both the phone.
