Other nobsound amplifiers have a jingle when powered on (a chinese tune, followed by someone saying “your bluetooth device is ..”). ThIs amp too?

How many amps is the power adapter? to get out 200w and the adapter being 19v it needs to be 10.5a, yes? or do i need another adapter to get 200w?
