Great entry level gaming PC
Quick review: Great entry level gaming PC. Playing many indie and PC exclusive titles this PC performs very well. It many not run the latest games on ultra high settings, but it is also easily upgraded if you need to install more RAM or an additional SSD. The video card works well for the price and if you'd like to upgrade that as well it is easily done. The PC runs quietly and does not get very hot. You can turn off the LEDs if they're not your style with the included remote. The PC came in secure packaging and is incredibly lightweight for a desktop PC. Easy to setup and was playing games within a few minutes of installation. Overall, I think this is a really great value entry level computer for someone looking to play some PC games on a desktop that can be easily upgraded in the future.

Good so far
I've had this tower for a couple of weeks so far. My primary use is for photography. First off I realized the 120 GB ssd wasn't going to be enough so I purchased a 1 TB Samsung 860 EVO ssd, cloned the ssd this unit came with, installed and now have plenty of room to add the programs I use to do my editing. Now before anyone says "That's what the other hard drive is for" hear me out. Several of the programs I use are on a subscription basis and most software requires that their programs be installed on the c drive, that's the nature of these programs because they make changes to the os registry and when these programs check to update or verify your using legitimate software they only recognize them being on c drive. Hope this makes sense. However I of course will be using the D drive for all of my files/photos that I'll be working on and storing them there as well. Now let me say that this machine came with 16GB and is very fast and having the ability to upgrade to 64GB of RAM in the future is nice. I can upgrade the graphics card in the future should I find the need to do so. There is also 2 M.2 NVME ports on the motherboard that will allow for even more storage options as well. In all fairness I'm not a gamer so I can't comment on how well this system is for that. Before I forget, I did have to call tech support for question that I had and they were very responsive and were able to answer my question right away. I like that! I will post updates should anything change that I think other should know. Have a great day.

Fantastic Computer for the price! Perfect for gaming
I've be contemplating and saving up to build my own epic gaming PC for a few years. When I finally had enough saved up I was going to build my own, but stumbled upon this computer. It had everything I needed. An awesome graphics card, a powerful processor, a good amount of ram, a decent sized hard-drive, but most importantly it has enough slots to upgrade the ram even farther and more space for additional HDDs. This computer is honestly a fantastic buy for it's price! I've been thoroughly enjoying playing games on this computer and can't wait for the hours of binge gaming. I'm in love with this computer.

Good computer, decent price.
The computer is pretty decent. This was an upgrade from a laptop I had since I think 2011-2012 so it was a Big change. Generally speaking it's been nice although adjusting to having multiple drives and other small win10 changes. I've been able to play some medium level games at ultra detail. I like the mouse it came with granted i haven't set up the 5 buttons on it. I didn't like the keyboard that came with it because the enter key and the \ don't match up with what i'm used to, but that's not really the keyboards fault, just preference. The only issue I've had is the front side microphone jack. I have to put the headphones in pretty hard to get it all the way in and i'm afraid to damage it (I wouldn't say it seems loose, but it isn't perfectly tight considering the amount of effort required to plug in entirely) . All in all it's pretty good and a definite improvement from my last computer. Would recommend.

Defective times two
I bought this gaming PC for my son for Christmas, and a half hour or so after setting it up, he got a black screen and error messages. After much time dealing with tech support it turned out to be a failed SSD. So I returned it and got another CyberpowerPC but with different processor, graphics card, and other parts hoping for better luck. NOPE. That PC was also a dud, with a dead graphics/video card out of the box. Lightning apparently does strike twice. My son was so disappointed and I felt so bad that it happened not once, but twice to him. I went to Best Buy and after talking about all the options with the staff there, bought an HP Omen gaming system. Apparently CyberpowerPC builds from parts from various manufacturers but doesn't test the quality of those parts. HP manufactures all of the parts that go into the gaming PC and does extensive testing, so there's a higher level of confidence. The HP Omen costs more but you pay for the extra QA. Fingers crossed but two days in all is going well, and my son is loving his new HP gaming PC.

Excellent product and service, nice gaming box. I'll be back.
This is an amazing box. Setup was simple, quick, and easy, and this configuration is a great value. Added bonus for my purchase, it appears Cyberpower upped both my CPU and SSD from the config I purchased at Amazon. Shipped with an i7 10700 with extra cores and threads, and 500G SSD instead of 120. W10 loads in under a minute, and my gaming is at a whole new level as this is replacing a nearly 10 year old system. Backlit keyboard is great, and the case lighting comes with a remote control that allows color and shading changes.

Went from custom build to pre-built and thankfully, it wasn't so bad.
Great Pc! I have had it for a month and nothing bad has happened. I've been playing Overwatch and editing with sony vegas pro 13 and it works great! I was worried it would come broken or with other technical difficulties but thankfully, it was actually a plug and play. It's fairly quiet, the cable management is pretty good (not unless you want to move cables around because it's all really secured) and it just looks clean overall. There are many settings for the rgb fans so it looks really cool. In conclusion, even though I downgraded from a custom build to a pre-built, at least the pre-built meets up to my expectation and actually works.

Performance A+
The performance right out of the box is A+. The computer is more expensive when bought pre-built. You can build one with these specs for a few less hundred dollars. The PC can play on the highest of graphic settings and can also stream with ease. I bought this because we had one similar with less processing power and a weaker graphics card. I have since then put this new one to the test and have way better results. Works great for gaming and working. I will also be developing on it through game developing software. I am excited and yet relieved to have something like this at my fingertips. You can upgrade this pc as the years go on. The plastic panel on the side can be removed and makes for that easy upgrade.

Great for digital working!!
Came in all brand new and nicely packaged. This PC is really fast and performs good in Adobe Premiere Pro 4K editing and numerous FL plugins all at once. Love it so far, but delivery was couple of days later than expected, so I missed my boyfriend’s birthday:(

No canadian depot ships to California yoe
Motherboard is screwed I have to pay more than what a motherboard is worth to ship this from bc canada to California. I got a fully assembled system so I would not have to repair anything my self.now here I am swapping parts on a new system. Cyber power you are a scam you can get my money but I'm gonna swap every part with your logo and burn it in a barrel before I ever bother shipping anything to you. Just the way you like it. And this is the second cyberrpower pc I had with motherboard issues. Luckily it messed up while I could still return the crap. What do your techs use parts as coffee tables ?

Overall good gaming or everyday use PC.
2 things I dislike: 1. I don't like is the vents on the front of the pc. They are very small, so it gets hot. it still runs very well though. 2. Mine came with a different motherboard than displayed in the photo and description. It works though but it has a weird BIOS and I'm not sure if this motherboard is better or worse than the one it was supposed to come with. This is my 2nd PC. I've had it four months now and I plan on changing the case and slowly upgrading it. Still overall good Pre built PC for the price I got it at the time.
