Just about works
First off, it does technically work, hence 2 stars. That's where the good news ends. For Win7 - there appeared to be nothing on the install CD. I tried the driver from the website and that just crashed. Eventually I found Chinese-labelled .rar file on the CD which extracted to produce a win7 folder from which I could manually install the driver via device manager. I shudder to think what I've installed but fortunately this was for a PC I don't really care about. For extra fun, my order history now links to a page that does not contain what I actually ordered so I can't even clarify the model I bought!

Native 10.12.6 Support! Mac OS . *Updated review
I've had this only in my posession for a few minutes now. So I can't speak to the durability. I plugged it into the mobo and booted into mac os. Instantly it found my networks. I am more than pleased with this. No more drivers and kexts. Worth the money for sure. One thing i found funny was that the heatsinks appear to be steel, rather than aluminum. I don't know this for a fact but the reason I say this is because the "Fenvi" logo on that is etched in the anodization should be silver colored aluminum but it is in fact the color of oxidized iron, indicating the heat sink is actually steel. They must've had heat sinks sitting outside for a period of time.Awesome product so far.******Update*****Less than a week in use, I have been getting frustrated with slow speeds. When I initially wrote the review I was getting 90 mbps. I am now getting 3-5 mbps. THREE TO FIVE. When i first experienced this I thought maybe the card was not installed in my PCIE slot correctly (my mobo is old and tired), so i seated it better and saw my speeds go back to normal. I actually got 120 mbps. So i figured I fixed the issue. Now tonight, speeds are back to slow. It is not my internet because I haven't had these issues before.Dropped to 2 stars. Going to do some more testing. If i don't get good speeds and determine that the card is at fault, I will contact the seller. Hoping to get it working.******Update****Its been about a month since original purchase. Decided to return the item after being dissatisfied with the slow speeds. The return process was a breeze... But i was left with the same thing. Fast initial speeds then SLOW after a short amount of time... Then I got to thinking: The speeds are great on a fresh boot-up. But when I go to sleep the system and wake it, the speeds immediately turn slow. hmmmm...So i did some googling. Turns out, you must DISABLE the Energy Saver Preference "Wake For Network Access".That solved my issue! Now I have great speeds natively in MacOS. The replacement was not the fix but the energy saver preference.******Update After 8 Months*****So far, still really pleased with this product. Running smoothly in High Sierra. Haven't stringently monitored speeds over time because its fast enough for me and i haven't noticed any decrease. Great card!

Worked great, out of the box with no drivers!
Works amazingly fast and straight out of the box for my Mac! Definitely a must recommend. I am about 15 feet away from the router in the middle of the house and 24 and 5GHz work flawlessly. Can stream and game with no lag and I have no dropouts so far! First month has been great and i hope it continues that way!

OSX 10.13.6 and Windows10 x64 Support
Support for OSX confirmed on my 5,1 MacPro. Dual boot into Windows10 x64 as well. Card works out of box (OOB) however the Windows 10 drivers which are pushed from Windows Update result in very poor Wifi speeds. Performance on Mac is excellent.

Great for Hackintosh
I purchased this because the WTXUP wifi/bluetooth card i originally bought stopped working after only a few days of use. I happen to have an Orico Bluetooth 4.0 dongle already so I decided to for with a wifi only card. Im glad i purchased this one, just from the packaging, anti static bag, plastic caps for the wifi ports, heatsink etc. made me feel like im buying something worth the money. Out of the box the wifi was recognized but it took a few restarts for me t get that continuity. The wifi speed is honestly not impressive at all but i didnt really but it for that. I just wanted continuity, hand off, airdrop, etc. so my Hackintosh can feel like a real Mac and it does because of this card and the Orico dongle. Great purchase. If you dont have a bluetooth dongle then get the Fenvi t919.

works great in "early 2009" Mac Pro
I flashed my Mac to 5,1 and am running OS 10.13.6 - installation was a breeze - open side cover, unscrew the 2 screws holding the lock clamp, press this into one of your X4 PCI slots, replace the lock clamp and side cover, turn your computer on. It recognized it and was working immediately. I now have WiFi for a computer that came from the factory with only wired internet.
