This is in an office and is used daily. It doubles as a place to eat and a place for video game challenges. It has 3 sides and a pop up screen. The interface is easy to use, but its only on the large side. Other than that this unit is fantastic. We are in Southern California, the guy that delivered was awesome, even helped us get it into the elevator and into our suite on the 3rd floor. Then gave us a quick tutorial and offered any assistance that we needed. I highly recommend this company and unit.

i could not wait until i received the setup and it did not disappoint. i had questions throughout the process and Brian was right there to provide quick responses to get my queries addressed. i would definitely recommend this purchase and with the customization that can be done makes the wait all worth while.

Love this Machine ! Every game you could ever imagine in a solid, easy to use package. It literally arrived in one day during quarantine and the delivery guys were awesome !

The quality of craftsmanship of the techhies that assembled this machine is average at best. There’s a string of blue lights that are crudely glued around the outside of the machine on a plastic strip and it’s sloppy and crooked. The cocktail glass top that covers the machine and monitor has the unfortunate reflection of the monitor underneath the thick glass, creating an annoying byproduct of a double image for the gamer to try not to look at. The game does not come with an owners manual and you can’t Google one because it’s a custom-made system with no brand-name. When I contacted the seller about getting an owners manual he told me to call some phone number and talk to his technician with any questions.WTH? So I have this $3000 machine, with many complexities, but there’s no instructions and anytime I need to figure something out I’m expected to call a phone number and remember everything the guy says on the other end, and memorize the entire overview of the machine? That’s ridiculous and unacceptable. But the biggest complaint of all that I have, is that there are dozens of games that I tried to play that don’t operate because the custom controls do not control the game like they’re supposed to. For example when trying to play “Tron“, there’s no dial to turn the tank turret or the characters arm, and there’s no sense having a game at all if you can’t play it. Some other games that require the usage of the track ball and the trackball will not operate the game at all. Some games the controls work and some games they don’t work.This is the most expensive toy that I’ve ever spent my hard-earned money on and I was in disbelief of the incompetence, shoddiness, and misleading advertisement. I’m not the type of person that goes around writing bad reviews, but I was off this week so I felt the need to finally address this product and hopefully keep someone from making the same mistake I did, spending $3000 on a very defective product.
