The box I received the computer in was crumpled and damaged (this was later determined to be a result of one of the springs on a monitor stand not staying compressed). Opened the box to discover to two different monitors! Different size and color and design. I mean I get this is a refurbished item but come on, it is nothing close to what the photo in the ad shows! These monitors looked like someone just walked into an old school and grabbed two different ones. Should have followed my first mind and spent the money necessary to get a suitable computer. This is basically something equivalent to what you can find at your local Goodwill or a garage sale, so just a heads up. Not happy and feel like I was deceived.

I really hate writing bad reviews on companies but I must do so in this case. First, I received monitors that were unable to stand on their own without a bracket which was not included. Received replacements today. They work, but the splicer is defective. There is a pin missing...fine I can buy a new one...they are not expensive. What I can't live with is the desktop. The MAIN reason I bought it was it was suppose to have Wifi capabilities. There is no Wireless card installed. I have made Blair Tech aware of this issue. I want a desktop with Wifi capabilities as was advertised when I purchased the product. Another splicer with all its' pins would be great too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is not 1TB! It is 500GB! Half the advertised hard drive! I bought this because I felt getting a huge hard drive like that was an amazing deal!

Got this computer 4 days earlier than expected, and couldn't be happier. It is everything I wanted in a computer and perfect for my needs. Love my new desktop computer!!

Very fast shipping! I ordered the full package 📦, and it did not come with the mouse , WiFi, or keyboard; and the monitor did not work. After calling customer service, they shipped all 4 items within 3 days!!! ’ The computer is fast speed, and great resolution!! I haven’t used it for editing Yet! So we will see! Overall 9.5/10 stars!

I have purchased two of these. The computers themselves run great. The monitors are better than I could have hoped for at this price point. The only less than stellar item is the keyboard. It is just cheap and stiff. I would complain but the overall price and value are quite amazing for what I am getting. I can always order a keyboard I like better and the fact that this comes with one even though it is kinda cheap makes it even easier to get it set up and working quickly. Thank you for making my life easier!

This is not a top-of-the-line computer setup, but it is exactly what we needed and we didn't want to spend a ton of money. It arrived well packaged, and went together very easily. The two monitors were identical (we saw that sometimes they don't match), but even if they weren't we didn't care. We did get a wireless keyboard and mouse (I don't like wires), but the ones it came with were functional. The keyboard is very basic and slid around a lot, so I was glad to replace it. But if it's all you had... it's totally fine. Honestly, for the cost, this was the PERFECT setup. The software works great, no issues setting it up, no issues connecting anything, and after a few months we are STILL doing great with it. We use it primarily for email, Facebook, web-surfing, and Netflix. Sometimes we'll play a DVD. We've had no problems at all. If you are looking for a high-powered device for gaming or high-tech designing or whatever, then this might not work. If you just need a computer to access the internet, watch some streaming shows, check email, and keep up with social media - this is perfect!

The media could not be loaded.  Well it was cheap and I needed two Monitors for work. First issue was the day after I bought it, it was listed for $50 cheaper. They wouldn’t give me the lower price. That’s fine but then it comes and it’s clearly refurbished. Full of dust, full of scuffs, nicks, dents & it looks like it wasn’t even cleaned. As I am setting it up, the front panel of the PC kept falling off and I had to keep putting it back on. I thought, well it was cheap, so it’s fine and I got through that. When I start using it for work later that day one of the monitors starts to go haywire. I checked all the wires, turned on and off. It didn’t matter what I did it just kept going haywire and then it would start to work and then will go haywire again so I decided to return it. Then as I print the return label there’s a huge warning saying if they deem the computer to be in working order they were going to charge a 20% restocking fee which is total BS, it’s a crap product and it seems like a scam. Amazon has really gone down lately & this is not the first time I have purchased a bogus product from someone off Amazon and had to return it. Very disappointing.
