It's useful but has a learning curve
This works great once you figure out your formula but it has a bit of a learning curve to managing the files and recording codecs. They don't tell you that you can't delete from the hard drive so if you get close to full you either have to switch the hard drive or format it.

SDI in/out should be incorporated
Nice little monitor if all you do is shoot on a DSLR... but if you want to use it on a proper camera and pass thorugh to a proper monitor (IE, a more professional setup) the lack of SDI is really a sad design omission. Yes, you can purchase an add on, but why not make it the right way. If you're looking for a professional piece of kit, I'd go SmallHD.That said, the image is good, and the size/form is dynamite. Thin & lightweight. With a DTap adapter it's a feather.

Good but trying to get some issues solved. Will contact Atomos and seller.
For some reason, I am having trouble registering it and using the DC converter but I will come back and update the review once everything works well.
